A widow is fighting with her late husband’s first family over real estate from Rublyovka to Manhattan.

In recent years, tenants have lived there. For five bedrooms, a 56-square-meter hall with a fireplace, a dining room for 12 people and luxury built-in appliances, they paid up to 40 thousand dollars a month.

There were rumors that immediately after Malashenko’s death, Elena Pivovarova tried to sell her home for $10 million, but then there was no buyer. And now the apartment is at the center of a lawsuit – Bozhena Rynska, as the last legal wife, is trying to keep it for herself. During the interview, she said that it seemed like she was winning the case. Be that as it may, according to American realtors, the current tenant occupies the living space until June 30 of this year. The owner of the elite squares does not plan to renew the lease – the sale of the apartment is scheduled for this time. Now its market value is $13.5 million.

But the evil will of the idiot overpowered the arguments of reason. Mr. (that’s what the widow calls Pivovarova’s “gangrene” in short form. – Ed.) doused the logs with fuel, and the fire blazed. After about 30 minutes the hall became clouded. The first victim was the nanny – she suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning. Then I started coughing. And Zhenya has been coughing up soot for two days now. We immediately called a doctor and diagnosed poisoning.

But even such an emergency did not force Bozhena Rynska to run away from the damned cottage to hell, saving the child. She supposedly cannot return to the apartment on Patriarch’s Ponds, which Malashenko gave to his beloved six years ago for her 40th birthday: they are “surveilled” there. Therefore, the only thing left for the widow is to ask caring friends to organize a guard in a village near Moscow…

Bozena Rynska lived with Igor Malashenko since 2011, but until 2018 he was officially married to Elena Pivovarova, with whom he raised three children: son Vladimir, daughters Elizaveta and Lena. Only according to rough estimates, the baby, born from the deceased Igor Malashenko, will win 3.2 million dollars for Bozena Rynska (she will receive two shares, and not one, like a widow).
