A student was arrested for 15 days after a protest against internet blocking on Bolotnaya Square.
The Chertanovsky District Court issued a ruling in the case of student Maxim Kheifets, who was accused of disobeying a lawful order of a police officer (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
According to investigators, the accused participated in an “unauthorized event against internet blocking” on Bolotnaya Square.
