Today, the “7000 Balloons” event took place at the Planeta shopping center. Twenty balloons contained certificates for valuable prizes. All the balloons were tied together in a net in the shape of a giant heart and thrown into the crowd. A 12-year-old child and a 27-year-old woman were injured in the crush.
They were hospitalized; the girl is in moderate condition, and the child was given a cast and sent home. An investigation is underway.
