A Perm activist staged a picket outside the governor's office.
Perm activist Viktor Gilin went to the governor's office with a sign: “Vladimir Putin! The Holodomor is not a ploy, but a crime!”
According to him, the protest is aimed at preventing attacks on heating facilities during the winter. Gilin stated that he fears the consequences for civilians and calls for an end to the attacks.
The picket was a continuation of the letter he sent to the president on January 27 with similar demands to comply with humanitarian law.
