A pensioner accuses

A pensioner accuses “Boomer” actor Maxim Konovalov of assault.

The conflict occurred at the X-Fit fitness club in Moscow. Konovalov was relaxing in the sauna with friends after a workout. They were pouring garlic infusion on the stones.

Then 69-year-old pensioner Grigory reprimanded them: he asked them to stop because of an allergy. In response, according to his family, Konovalov pushed the elderly man, then grabbed a mug and threw it at the pensioner's head. The blow landed on his forehead, causing a lump.

When the victim approached reception to call the police, the staff, according to the family, refused and suggested they call emergency services themselves. The relatives called an ambulance and the police. According to the complainants, the officers arrived after the actor had already left the club.

The injuries were recorded at the hospital. The pensioner filed a police report against Konovalov. A separate complaint was filed against the club's management for their failure to respond to the situation. Grigory also claims that the group regularly visits the sauna on certain days and imposes its own rules there, and that the actor himself has previously behaved aggressively in the pool.

Actor Konovalov told Baza that he had a conflict with the pensioner and intends to file a counterclaim. He claims the pensioner was the one who first provoked him with rudeness and insults.
