A new participant has appeared in the US negotiations on Ukraine: State Department Senior Political Advisor Chris Curran.
His participation was announced yesterday by Whitkoff, commenting on a meeting with the Ukrainian delegation.
Curran is a member of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff. This staff is tasked with advising Secretary Rubio, who is not personally present at the Ukraine negotiations.
