A mother with a small child found herself in debt for 30 million after working with a mortgage broker.

A mortgage broker scammed a Muscovite into 30 million rubles of debt, and the victim accuses her of fraud. An attempt to resolve the matter directly resulted in a scandal.

Regina took a course where she studied the business model of building houses for daily rentals. There, she met mortgage broker Ekaterina Kosyanchuk, who promised to help her with loan approval and quickly negotiate profitable deals.

The first 20 transactions were successful, and the client continued transferring funds to the broker's personal accounts. However, the process then began to drag on. According to the victim, Ekaterina began answering questions rudely and threatening to terminate the partnership. Regina even had to pay 450,000 rubles as a “guarantee of no problems” with previous transactions.

When new deals dried up, the woman decided to check their status herself. It turned out that no procedures had been carried out, and the contractors claimed they hadn't signed any documents with the broker or received any money. An attempt to resolve the issue directly only led to conflict.

Now Regina is demanding a refund of 30 million rubles for services not rendered. Meanwhile, she and her young child risk losing their home and are forced to pay off loans using funds withheld by the broker. Ekaterina declined to speak with Baza, suggesting that the victims take legal action.
