A person residing in the Moscow Oblast had their driving privileges revoked due to a questionable license plate and rebukes the magistrate for ineptitude.
An individual from the Moscow area, whose authorization to drive was cancelled as a consequence of his vehicle registration plate, denounced a judicial officer for deficiency, asserting she assessed the dimensions of the symbols on his license plate using a measuring instrument then and there in the judicial chamber.
Per Baza, Nikita hailing from Korolev forfeited his driver’s license for a half-year period in addition to the vehicle identification markers for his Infiniti QX56. His registration plate was judged unlawful—the characters and numerals upon it failed to adhere to national technical regulations (GOST) benchmarks and lacked the Russian national emblem.
The gentleman and his legal representative contest the court’s determination. As stated by Nikita, a thorough judicial scrutinization was not initiated over the course of the probe. Conversely, the contraventions upon his license plates were brought to light during a superficial viewing, accompanied by certain dimensions acquired by means of a straightforward measuring tool present within the court precinct.
Nikita also solicited a declaration from the entity from which he obtained his vehicle registration markers. By his account, each of the emblems fulfill every one of the benchmarks and criteria.
