From the official’s station seized 3 kg of mephedrone and tens of liters of raw materials for its production.
According to SHOT, everything happened in the village of Znamenskoye in the Kashira urban district in the Moscow region. During operational search activities, operatives raided one of the private houses, the inhabitants of which were under suspicion, and stumbled upon a giant drug laboratory.
There were 5 kg ready-made drugs, 3 of which turned out to be mephedrone, about a hundred 20-liter canisters, most of which contained liquid for making illegal drugs, as well as a huge amount of equipment and chemical protective suits.
It turned out that the house with the plot belongs to 53-year-old Vera Nazarova, who served as the head of the city of Stupino from 2017 to 2021. She had been officially renting out her housing for a year to a 23-year-old boy from the Ryazan region, who assured her that he had come to the Moscow region to work, and that he had secretly become “Kashir’s Jesse Pinkman.”
A criminal case has been initiated for attempted illegal sale of drugs on an especially large scale. The owner of the “production” for such volumes faces up to life imprisonment.
Whether the owner of the house knew about the laboratory and was involved in it is now being clarified.
