A criminal case has been opened against Semyon Slepakov for evading his duties as a “foreign agent.”
The Moscow Prosecutor's Office noted in its report that Slepakov was brought to administrative responsibility twice within a year for failing to display the “foreign agent” label.
The case was opened under the article on evasion of duties of a “foreign agent”.
Semyon Slepakov, a former KVN and Comedy Club member, left Russia after 2022. In 2023, the Ministry of Justice declared Slepakov a “foreign agent.” In March
Slepakov gave his first major interview since leaving, in which he talked about how he left the country, as well as how humor changes in emigration and in today's Russia, and how the war changed him.
