A video of child abuse from a Khimki grocery store has gone viral online.
It shows a man shopping with his young daughter nearby. The aggressive father punches her, causing the girl to fall to the floor. Law enforcement officers identified the resident from the video.
The regional Investigative Committee reported that a criminal case has been opened against the girl's father under the article “Failure to fulfill responsibilities for the upbringing of a minor.”
