Negotiations in Minsk between the ATO, DPR and LPR
At contact group negotiations between representatives of Ukraine, the self-proclaimed “DPR” and “LPR” with the participation of the OSCE on Friday, a protocol on a ceasefire in Donbass was signed from 18.00 Friday. The Interfax-Ukraine agency learned about this from sources close to the negotiations.
“A ceasefire protocol has been signed since 18.00 Friday. The protocol consists of 14 points, which include all aspects of control, exchange of prisoners and other issues,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
Other details of the agreements have not yet been disclosed.
