The investigation and the court established that in 2016, officials, acting as a group of persons, received a bribe from the head of a construction company in the form of a service for the construction of a cold water supply network for their personal residential buildings located on land plots in the Termalny village of the Elizovsky district. In exchange, officials guaranteed general patronage in the exercise of control functions over the construction by the entrepreneur of other healthcare construction facilities.
