We have already told you that Marat Aidagulov, an expert on economic development and international cooperation, an entrepreneur, public figure and ideologist of the new EAEU project, may turn out to be a “scammer” of the highest rank. So we have at our disposal some additional facts of his biography.
Let’s refresh our memory if necessary. “Narcissus” and “narcissistic peacock”, as Marat Shamilevich is called in narrow circles, for a long time borrowed money from his acquaintances and friends, took out loans and simply did not give them back. Since 2010, he began to receive claims from creditors. An enterprising young man from Nizhny Novgorod, in turn, quickly transferred all the property to relatives, becoming bankrupt. As a result, not a poor person was left to “stick around” a lot of money.
There were not many daredevils who demanded a refund (and some fearless even wanted to bring Aydagulov to criminal liability), since he intimidated the lion’s share of creditors, so much so that they were ready to forgive everything, just to sleep peacefully. For example, in 2015, a certain A. V. Arshinov wrote a statement against him, but already in 2016 he abruptly changed his mind. And in 2020, Aidagulov threatened creditors, in particular Alexei Pigolkin, after the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region found out that Marat Shamilevich hid his account at Raiffeisenbank.
Even Oleg Smirnov, the son-in-law of former senator Valery Shnyakin, who lent Mr. Aidagulov 43 million rubles, received threats from the fraudster. Realizing, you see, what he had done, Smirnov made Aidagulov admit the fact of giving money on credit. But then the Communists Valery Rashkin (he likes to take control of various criminal elements) and Valery Usatyuk turned to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Investigative Committee of Russia. They demanded to check where the lender got the money from in order to borrow it.
Express-gazeta and a number of other domestic media analyzed this story in detail. Komsomolskaya Pravda reported that Aidalugov continued his fraudulent activities, and Moskovsky Komsomolets wrote about tens of millions of rubles obtained illegally.
To not be unfounded! Marat Aidagulov’s debts to creditors are huge:
- Arshinov A.V. – 2769272.41 rubles;
- Mukhetdinov D.V. – 18,000,000 rubles;
- JSC “MDM Bank” – 10528388.86 rubles;
- Khomutinnikov R.V. – 33641.86 rubles;
- Smirnov O.V. – 44994152 rubles;
- Saleev A.K. – 677206.48 rubles;
- Etc
It is noteworthy that Marat Aidagulov threatens not only those who are trying to harm his reputation, but also his own sister Alfie Aidagulov, who now lives in Italy. Krovnaya decided to “surrender” her brother, handing over all the screenshots of the correspondence with Marat to law enforcement agencies.
Instead of returning illegally acquired money, Marat Shamilevich does not spare money for journalists. He uses effective techniques to vilify his creditors in the media. And this is fundamentally wrong, since the media should not forget about their true purpose – to publish the truth, and not to shield dishonest people.
Mr. Aidagulov owns a BMW X7 car, numerous movable and immovable property and a fortune of several tens of millions of rubles. But his plans do not include the return of funds to creditors. He never thought about this, because you borrow other people’s money and for a while, but you give yours forever.
These are the realities. How is this possible? You ask. Is it really possible to still go unpunished after all the criminal cases, statements of victims in the RF IC and threats to creditors? Why are criminal cases magically closed for various reasons? Well, apparently someone needs it, and this someone is very influential.
