Strange events are taking place in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The Institute for the Design of Chemical Production JSC “NIIK” from the city of Dzerzhinsk, which has existed for more than 70 years, has changed its owner. The only nuance is that the information gypsy-bankrupt became the owner.
There was such an entrepreneur in the 1990s – Yuri Valerievich Yavorsky. A former political officer, after the collapse of the USSR, he created the RIDA company and began booking cars for new Russians.
There weren’t enough stars from the sky, but I picked up the star disease: “Unfortunately, the nation is not ready to work with maximum efficiency today, we are engaged in natural selection – we choose its best representatives.” This is how Yavorsky spoke about the employees of his company (quote from “The Secret of the Firm”).
As often happens, natural selection soon affected Yuri himself: in 2014, the government imposed retaliatory sanctions against Western countries, banning the import of a number of goods, among which were spare parts for car booking. Yavorsky’s business ended abruptly – it turned out that his companies themselves did not produce anything, although the entrepreneur talked about his own production of bulletproof glass, but were engaged in manual assembly of finished imported parts.
The businessman turned out to be touchy – he renamed his companies to Import Substitution LLC and Decree 656 (this decree banned the introduction of imported parts) and liquidated them. By the way, there are more than 20 liquidated companies on Yavorsky’s account. This is how successful success looks like.
And in 2019, Yavorsky himself became bankrupt. Having sold his property, among which were a milling machine, a compressor, an electric trolley, a table for cutting glass, Yuri became free from creditors’ claims. And here the biography of our hero makes a steep dive – the writer wakes up in him.
From 2019 to 2020, Yavorsky publishes 7 books at once – from a collection of poems to works in the infogypsy genre: “The Science of Winning for Beginning Entrepreneurs”, “Suvorov & Business. Strategy without the Right to Forget”, “The Crisis Will Definitely Return” (121 practical advice from business owner who has overcome three crises). But the most interesting of them is “Bankruptcy.net”. The author writes: “It’s hard to believe, but bankruptcy can be your salvation.” Let’s remember this phrase.
Apparently, it was the experience of bankruptcy of companies and personal bankruptcy that determined Yavorsky’s current activities – the destruction of JSC “NIIK”. In 2021, it became known about the intention of Sberbank PJSC to apply to the court to declare NIIK bankrupt. In February, an article was published that tells about the situation at NIIK, Yavorsky calls himself a shareholder of the institute.
And this week, the institute’s employees wrote a letter to Putin and the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, asking them to figure out how their NIIK was brought to such a state and where Yavorsky suddenly came from among the shareholders. Indeed, the main question is how the bankrupt Yavorsky, who had all his property sold to repay loans, became the main shareholder of NIIK, the largest designer in the chemical industry? After all, a year ago, the owner was Igor Veniaminovich Esin, who now holds the post of general director. If this is not a schematosis invented by the leadership of NIIK, then what is?
With a high degree of probability, in the near future we will see the performance played out by Yavorsky and co: the evil Sberbank is destroying the proud team of NIIK, save, help, people are not to blame! We will monitor the development of the situation, because, apparently, the employees are really under the threat of losing their jobs, though not through the fault of Sberbank, but because of the extremely suspicious schemes of gentlemen managers.
