The Samotsvet company, whose share belongs to the wife of the governor of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako, continues to earn money by renting real estate to government agencies. So, “Gem” rents 1 square meter of the State Institution “Primgosavtonadzor” for 88.6 thousand rubles a year.
This square meter is located in the business center on Admiral Yumashev Street. In total, the company earned more than 474 thousand rubles on this square meter.
Previously, Samotsvet LLC had an asset in the form of a lease agreement for a land plot with an area of more than 2,700 square meters. The contract was concluded with the administration of Vladivostok. However, the company did not pay the money. As a result, a debt of 53 million rubles was formed. The city administration could not remember the debt for a long time. And when I remembered, it turned out to be too late, since the statute of limitations had expired. It turns out that the administration has forgiven Irina Gerasimenko’s company’s debt. And the son of Oleg Kozhemyako is engaged in the fishing business.
AUTHENTIC BUSINESSMAN IN BIG POLITICS
When Oleg Kozhemyako was appointed governor of the Amur Region, many were surprised. Although he worked on the image of a successful businessman and politician, rumors about his connection with criminal authorities did not stop. He was called an authoritative businessman and even the leader of a criminal gang in Vladivostok. This is because the path of Oleg Kozhemyako was accompanied by various scandals. In 1987, he organized the Galatea cooperative, which was engaged in the cultivation and sale of flowers. Then, two years later, Kozhemyako created the Primorskoye production and food association. The main asset of this enterprise was the Argo-1 distillery. In 1995, Oleg Kozhemyako joined the Preobrazhenskaya Trawl Fleet Base. And when Kozhemyako decided to acquire Vostoktransflot, the former head of the company began to conflict with him. Later, Anatoly Milashevich was attacked, which was associated with this conflict.
Despite numerous scandals, Oleg Kozhemyako easily entered politics. He became a deputy of the Primorsky Territory Legislative Assembly, and then a senator. According to rumors, he never left the business, although there were many questions about his companies. So, in the Federation Council, Oleg Kozhemyako joined the Committee on Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. At the same time, his “Preobrazhensky Trawl Fleet Base” was accused of violating fishing conditions. However, these accusations did not result in serious consequences for Kozhemyako’s business.
