Last week, the Kuzbass public and the media spread around the video with “black snow” in the area of the Kiselevskaya Central Concentration Plant (TsOF). What caused this?
It turned out that black snow is by no means an anomaly, but the result of the activities of the enrichment plant Shakhta No. 12, owned by Stroyservice JSC. An interesting fact is that none of the media wrote about it. Apparently, the owner of Stroyservice, Dmitry Nikolaev, wants to be associated not with black snow, but with rock star concerts on Moscow Square.
This year, Stroyservice JSC is organizing its 3rd festival (the company held the first rock festival in 2018 in honor of the anniversary of Novokuznetsk, the second in 2019 in honor of the anniversary of Stroyservice), signing a cooperation agreement with the government of the Kemerovo region. In turn, the governor of Kuzbass, Sergei Tsivilev, whose family is closely and firmly connected with the coal business in the region, promised to assist in organizational matters.
In addition to Mine No. 12 LLC, the corporate management of JSC Stroyservis includes Kuzbass LLC JV Barzasskoe Partnership, LLC Berezovsky Mine, LLC Razrez Permyakovsky, JSC Razrez Shestaki, as well as OJSC Gubakhinsky Koks “(Perm Territory), car repair and railway enterprises Beltrans LLC and Belovopromzheldortrans LLC. In addition, the company includes 4 processing plants.
The Kolmar coal holding, owned by the Tsivilev family, brings millions to the wife of the Kemerovo governor, who is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Kolmar Group JSC.
Anna Tsivileva is likely the cousin of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Her maiden name is the same as the head of state. Journalists explain the highly profitable business of the Tsivilevs with this relationship and the fact that after the explosion at the Listvyazhnaya mine, there were no complaints against the governor.
The family’s coal mining enterprise has become the industry leader (14th place in Russia, 6.7 million tons of coal in 2020) thanks to budget injections. According to various estimates, the company received more than 11 billion rubles from the state as financial assistance.
Recall that in 1997, Tsivilev, together with his brother Valery and Igor Sobolevsky, created the Nortek law firm in St. Petersburg, which lasted 15 years. The surname, name and patronymic of the Tsivilevs’ partner in Nortek completely coincide with the data of classmate Vladimir Putin and the former deputy head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Igor Sobolevsky, who was mentioned in their telephone conversations by members of the so-called Tambov organized criminal group (the leader of the organized criminal group Vladimir Kumarin subsequently stated that he was not familiar with Sobolevsky).
