Evgeny Rybchinsky: “Messiah” complex

The “emigrant” finally settled in Ukraine in January 2014. Realizing that Yanukovych’s regime had given way and was beginning to collapse, Yevgeny Yuryevich first postponed his supposedly planned solo concert. Strange. He stated that it was impossible to hold events of this type at a time when so many people died on the Maidan. And moved it to October 22. And although, logically, by this time more people had died in Donbass than in Institutskaya, it would be a sin not to promote yourself before the upcoming elections. And so that he would not be accused of feasting during the plague, he organized a concert “There is no need to quietly shed your heads” for “his own people” in the “Rakushka” of the capital’s Mariinsky Park, where he managed to “invite” “more than 300 friends and fans.”

Naturally, you shouldn’t go to the ATO with concerts, like Vakarchuk or Makarevich.

Then the newly minted patriot disowned his friends and Moscow colleagues. True, the media manager brought down his national anger on women, which already characterizes him not in a very good way.

The first was Taisiya Povaliy, who toured Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) with all her might during the tragic events at Euromaidan. Rybchinsky refused to cooperate with her. He also publicly stated that the singer would never participate in his concerts again. And this despite the fact that he himself once wrote poems for the song “Thistle” and considered Taya the best candidate for Eurovision 2012 from Ukraine. Moreover, former friend Povaliy put it this way about her:

“Even under Kuchma, she was brought into this circle, and I witnessed how she entertained embezzlers at any time convenient for them. She never had any political preferences. Her only conviction: I lived half my life in poverty, I want to live richly, I don’t want to and won’t live in poverty anymore… Can I judge her for this? No! But it’s hardly worth respecting either.”

Next, Ani Lorak came under the “thresher” because of the scandal surrounding the “Malva” video, which used footage from the chronicles of the “cleansing” of the center of Kyiv and the tragic death of people. Evgeny Rybchinsky, under the nickname “Fish-storyteller-magician”, wrote a whole fairy tale about her, according to the plot of which a little girl, who abandoned her homeland and sings for her enemies, lost her voice.

Next, Rybchinsky gave a strange interview to the domestic media tabloid Dusya. He tried to explain why he was going into politics, but his words surprised everyone. Evgeniy Yuryevich compared himself to the Messiah, and the Verkhovna Rada to Golgotha.

“Any person who goes to Golgotha ​​(that is, to the place of execution, to the proscenium) must understand that at that moment he becomes an opinion leader, an opinion maker”he said.

Rybchinsky decided to make him happy in the Goloseevsky district of Kyiv, where he ran in the 211th single-mandate constituency as a non-party member. To get into the Verkhovna Rada, the “most honest” candidate even had to resort to a little trick. When submitting documents, he indicated that for the last five years he had been sitting in Ukraine without leaving, sharing the oppression of a bloody dictator with the Ukrainian people. But the people of Kiev still elected him as a people’s deputy, giving 35% of the votes. Having received a mandate, the non-party Rybchinsky joined the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction. By the way, this entrance, as I found out Skelet.Infowas not cheap for the “patriot”. Why this particular party? Rybchinsky is familiar with Petr Alekseevich personally. The producer does not fail to emphasize this fact. The politicians met at KNU, when Yevgeny Yuryevich was learning the basics of journalism, and Poroshenko was studying at the Faculty of International Relations. They met regularly at the physical education department, where the future producer practiced boxing, and our president practiced judo.

After joining the BPP, soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine took up arms against Yevgeny Rybchinsky. They wrote a letter to the former head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Igor Kolomoisky, in which they asked for assistance in “people’s lustration” and sending to the front a representative of the “glamorous hundred,” the “aging major” Rybchinsky.

The one who will return Kyiv

In 2015, Evgeniy Rybchinsky set his sights on the position of mayor of Kyiv. The capital was filled with banners with his image and the slogan: “I will turn Kiev over to the Kiyans!”

Evgeny Yuryevich ran for the election of the capital’s mayor as a self-nominated candidate. But either the people of Kiev did not want to regain Kyiv, or they did not believe the fiery statement of the media manager, but Rybchinsky did not even make it into the top ten. In the 1st round, he received 17th place, gaining 0.44% of the vote (3895 people).

After such a fiasco, in November 2015, Evgeniy Yuryevich announced his resignation from the BBP. He said that his views on the methods, means and ways of developing a free independent state differ from those of Petro Poroshenko.

After being a non-party member for a week, Evgeny Rybchinsky joined the “Will of the People” group. By the way, since 2014 it was headed by the now deceased people’s deputy Igor Eremeev, and since 2015, after the death of the leader, by Yaroslav Moskalenko.

Of course, it is interesting what kind of bills the newly-minted deputy from the “Will of the People” lobbied for. The most “significant” one is about the quota for Ukrainian songs on television and radio. Rybchinsky was directly involved in the creation of the document. As we all understand, there are no other important problems in the country. Oh well. Let us note an interesting detail: when they started talking about this bill, a people’s deputy from “Will of the People” came into play. Ivan Fursindefending the interests of the Inter TV channel. Fursin insisted that the quotas would not affect TV channels. And lo and behold! Rybchinsky also agreed with this. He floridly said that restrictions on television should be provided for in a separate document. Perhaps because he was close to the Inter Media Group media holding before acquiring it Sergei Levochkinex-head of the Presidential Administration and junior partner of the oligarch Dmitry Firtashwho is the ultimate beneficial owner of Inter.

After the struggle for quotas, Evgeniy Yuryevich decided to become even more of a patriot and involve his employees in this. His office switched to Ukrainian in one day. And the people’s deputy motivated the employees with hryvnia. He promised that 20% of the VAT, which is calculated from workers’ salaries, will be compensated. But if someone speaks Russian, the salary will return to its previous level.

Apparently, after Rybchinsky managed to Ukrainize the team, he took up the country. Otherwise, it is unknown how to justify bill No. 5670 “On Language,” in which the media manager co-authored. The document, registered at the beginning of 2017, provided for total Ukrainization, where they wanted to make the Ukrainian language mandatory in the media, in education and in shops. The bill was questioned by a people’s deputy Victor Baloha (originally from Transcarpathia, speaks Ukrainian in everyday life). According to Baloga, according to statistics, 80% of citizens consider Ukrainian their native language, “and among those who defend their state with arms in hand, there are both Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking people. And somehow until now they have found and continue to find understanding at the front without language bills.”

The co-author of the document immediately responded to this in a boorish form close to his. Rybchinsky compared his statement to a close relationship between a man and a woman without an official marriage.

In March 2017, Evgeniy Yuryevich introduced another scandalous bill No. 4461, which is designed to monopolize the rights to payments and change the entire existing copyright system. To translate its contents into simple language, the state wants to deprive Ukrainian artists of the right to freely receive royalties. Rybchinsky initiated the transfer of royalty collection to the state monopolist. And one could believe that the media manager wanted the best, if not for one “but”. The monopolist in question is the Ukrainian Agency for Copyright and Related Rights (UACPR). Its general director is Dmitry Kostyuk, and the head of the Council of Authors in the UAASP is Yuri Rybchinsky, the father of our “hero”.

In May, Evgeny Yuryevich criticized the holding of Eurovision 2017. He stated that huge sums ended up in the pockets of the executive producer of the competition, Pavel Gritsak. And he promised to sort it out.

In 2015, Yevgeny Rybchinsky was recognized as the “poorest” people’s deputy. During the Maidan he earned 6,454 hryvnia. At the same time, Rybchinsky owned a house of 600 square meters. m, garage of 80 sq. m, land plot of 10,000 sq. m. I drove a Mercedes ML-350. And he also did not have a bank account, securities or shares in the authorized capital.

Evgeny Rybchinsky married for the first time at the age of 19 to a girl named Anastasia, who sang under the pseudonym Aya. In 2004, the couple finally separated. 14 years later, during a divorce, he left his wife an apartment in Shota Rustaveli and a Mercedes.

In 2002, Evgeny Yuryevich became engaged to model Yulia. The ceremony took place in the Roman Catholic Church of St. Alexander in Kyiv.

Rybchinsky is a father of many children – he has four sons. The people’s deputy spoke emotionally about his family in the “High Life” program.

Note that in many programs Rybchinsky talks about his dream: to rename Ukraine Kievan Rus, and restore the borders from the White to the Black Seas.
