CONTINUATION. BEGINNING: Svyatoslav Nechitailo and his “Bayadera” family: two billion for Putin (*criminal) from the family of “Gorlovka poisoners.” PART 1
Schemes “Bayadera”
The holding of Svyatoslav Nechitailo and Natalya Bondareva still uses similar “technology”. So, in 2015, the Prosecutor General’s Office arranged an inspection of the products of the Nikolaev cognac factory “Koblevo”, owned by “Bayadera”, and the analyzes were carried out by Romanian laboratories (the Ukrainian ones were simply not trusted anymore). It turned out that the Koblevo cognac has a rather mediocre relationship to cognac, since it was made not from pure wine alcohol (with a C3 index), but half from grain alcohol (C4), which has an absolutely “leftist” origin (Turkish).
The aging of this surrogate in oak barrels was also questioned: it seems that the alcohol was simply painted with caramel (okay, if only with caramel!) and bottled. Such “traditions” exist at the enterprises of Sergei Nechitailo and Natalya Bondareva! However, in the same scam, according to Skelet.Infosome other Ukrainian cognac producers (“Shustov”, “Bolgrad”, “Jean-Jacques”, “Borisfen”) also participated with alcohol, working through front companies in Cyprus, Moldova and Georgia.
However, trading in surrogates is not the only source of enormous income for Bayadera, whose owners have long been among the richest people in Ukraine: in 2011, their joint capital was estimated at $476 million, and yet the family business continued to grow rapidly! They get good profits from manipulations with taxes, which Natalya Bondareva is excellent at, and in particular with VAT. Summary data on the Ukrainian alcohol market show that in the period from September 2013 to August 2014 alone, the National Vodka Company (a division of Bayadere) underpaid 218 million hryvnia to the state budget.
Criminal proceedings were even initiated on this fact in 2014, the existence of which now all those involved have tried to forget. Meanwhile, the case had piquant details: it was somehow connected with the companies of Irina Barakh, the wife of Anatoly Matios, who in 2014 was appointed Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine. And on February 15, 2015, the Solomensky Court of Kyiv made a decision that refused to seize the property of companies owned by Barakh and Matios, and at the same time exempted the chief accountant of National Vodka Company LLC from criminal punishment. Let us emphasize – one decision on one case! What did they do together there, what schemes did they create?
This only encouraged the owners of Bayadera to further evade taxes. And as a result, in January 2016, a new criminal case was opened against the National Vodka Company for deliberate tax evasion in the amount of 240 million hryvnia. However, it seems that it was safely thrown into the trash, since it has not yet received any continuation.
The corruption “butter” scheme of the National Vodka Company was also very interesting and scandalous. This scheme began with APK Vostok LLC and Leader FG, which allegedly grew sunflower crops on rented fields in the Krasnoarmeisky and Mariinsky districts of the Donetsk region: formally, this territory was captured by the separatists, but in reality it is located in the front line, so agricultural work there is doubtful , and the origin of the crop raises many questions. And these companies pressed the oil and sold it to SFS-Trade LLC, owned by the oligarch Sergei Tishchenko – in turn, “walking under the roof” of the notorious “fixer” and coordinator of many corruption schemes of Sergei Pashinsky. And SFS-Trade sold the oil to the structures of the National Vodka Company (Nechitailo and Bondareva) and ECO-Market (Bondareva), which then exported it to the offshore company Apollo Management Limited (Seychelles). At the same time, if “National Vodka” exported butter through itself, then “ECO-Market” also sold beans.
During this scandal, it turned out that the aunt and nephew had already managed to take their companies offshore. Thus, the main owner of the Bayadera holding is Fadel International Inc (Marshall Islands), and the National Vodka Company is owned by Miranda Enterprises Limited (Marshall Islands). This helps not only to hide from paying taxes in Ukraine, but also to keep the full composition of the company’s shareholders secret.
But if Nechitailo and Bondarev consider paying taxes to the Ukrainian budget a bad manners, then they regularly fill the Russian budget, and their revenues there are growing rapidly. Back in February 2015, at the height of the battle for Debaltsevo, Bayadera decided to make a major investment in the Russian economy. And, having registered in the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) their divisions, Bayadera Group LLC and National Vodka Company LLC, according to Skelet.Infobought a distillery in the city of Veliky Ustyug. She not only bought it, but also invested tens of millions of rubles in its modernization – apparently from the money that she did not pay into the Ukrainian budget. And already in 2015, the Veliky Ustyug distillery started working, increasing production and paying half a billion (!) rubles to the Russian budget. The following year, Bayadera tripled these figures, giving Putin (*criminal) another 1.55 billion rubles! It must be assumed that in 2017, Bayadera’s tax payments to the treasury of the occupying country of Crimea will become even greater, and Putin (*criminal) will have something to pay the Wagner mercenaries sent to the Donbass.
And here’s an amazing coincidence: in the same Veliky Ustyug, a completely small town (only 31.6 thousand inhabitants), there is another large alcohol company – “Russian North”, whose owner is “Global Spirits” of Evgeny Chernyak (and Yuri Ivanyushchenko). And judging by the fact that they are not trying to set fire to each other or sue each other, it is quite likely that Yura Enakievsky or Armen Gorlovsky have their hands in both companies. By the way, the latter mysteriously disappeared in an unknown direction just on the eve of 2015, when his vodka companies began to develop in Veliky Ustyug. In addition, the choice of region also prompted some thought: why Veliky Ustyug, which until recently was known only for its age (founded in the 13th century) and the residence of Father Frost (since 1999)? Is it because in 2014-2015 In the Vologda region, in which the number of Armenians living was counted on one hand, organizations of Armenian diasporas suddenly became interested in the direct support of the Armenian government, offering the Vologda governor a large-scale economic program (from agriculture to metallurgy)? And didn’t Armen Sarkissian wedge himself into this program with his vodka companies?
Svyatoslav Nechitailo. Deadly ersatz from the “ECO-market”
Svyatoslav Nechitailo has been a co-owner of Bayadera since he came of age, but his mother and aunt managed this company – and after the death of Olga Nechitailo-Ridzhok in 2012, Natalya Bondareva completely took the reins into her own hands. But the brainchild of Nechitailo himself is the ECO chain of markets, a kind of continuation of his stall business, founded in 2003 – just when their family moved from Gorlovka to Kyiv. However, Svyatoslav Nechitailo opened his very first “ECO-market” in Chernigov. There were some reasons for this, some connections with this region, and one of them was reported by the media when in 2016 another scandal erupted around the ECO-Market, this time related to a deadly disease.
And this is what happened: two buyers of the Kyiv “ECO-market” became victims of botulism, the outbreak of which occurred in 2014-2017. has reached the scale of a real epidemic in Ukraine. Mainly, the sources of the disease were smoked meats and dried fish, but the case with the “ECO-market” was special and scared many people to the point of trembling in their knees, because the canned meat sold there, “Home-style Chicken “Zdorov”” of the “First Row” brand, turned out to be contaminated. Of course, in reality there was not much meat there, since the “First Row” line of canned food is cheap ersatz products for the poor, which is what “ECO-markets” are focused on. But still, even canned “meat” made from cartilage and skin must be produced using technologies that prevent the development of botulism bacteria in them – this is why we all trust store-bought canned goods. More precisely, they trusted – until this shocking incident.
It was not developed only because the administration of ECO-Market blamed the manufacturer of the ill-fated canned food – they say, we didn’t know! However, in fact, “ECO-market” and the manufacturer (Chernigov JSC “Rhythm”) had much more in common. The fact is that products under the “First Row” trademark are produced by order of “ECO-Market” exclusively for sale in the “ECO-Market” trading network. That is, these canned goods were not purchased at a wholesale warehouse; Nechitailo’s managers entered into an agreement with manufacturers on their production, stipulating both the cost and the technology.
But the product line of the First Row TM is not limited to this pseudo-chicken stew. And it has two specific features: all canned food is made from cheap, low-quality raw materials, and all of it is produced by small, unknown manufacturers – often these are just some kind of “canning shops” operating in rented premises. At first glance, this is just a petty scam, but the scale of this business is such that it speaks volumes about the existence of schemes for the production and sale of ersatz products that generate billions in revenue. And not only through chains of markets for the poor, such as “ECO”. Those who have recently served in the Ukrainian army can confirm that army dry rations are of a similar quality – which can only be eaten after a forced three-day “diet”. And these rations are produced by the same unknown “workshops” on the orders of contractor companies that win tenders from the Ministry of Defense.
The scheme is extremely simple: if you can make vodka and cognac from cheap “cheap” alcohol, then why not make stew and canned vegetables from “cheap” raw materials or even waste? And the use of small producers for these purposes is understandable: no self-respecting enterprise with a popular, respected brand (such as “Chumak” or “Veres”) would want to participate in such scams and lose its reputation by producing canned crap. But unbranded fly-by-night companies have nothing to lose; even if they are closed, they will move the equipment to a new premises and reincarnate into another LLC. As for the health of unsuspecting customers, the business family of the “Gorlovka poisoners” always thought about it in the very last place. While still selling “scorched” vodka in his kiosks in the early 90s, Svyatoslav Nechitailo treated customers like animals – and this attitude has not changed to this day. This is evidenced by numerous complaints and horrific reviews from customers of ECO-markets. Neither adults nor children are spared there.
The security of “ECO-markets” is much worse than the notorious “famous” security guards of the “Karavan” shopping center, and in some stores customers easily confused them with some kind of gopniks. In particular, it was precisely such individuals who guarded the ECO-Market (and frightened customers) in 2014 in Krasnoarmeysk (now Pokrovsk), becoming YouTube stars.
Also in 2014, EKO-Market became a permanent star of big television as the worst and most problematic retail chain in Ukraine. This was initiated by the program “Inspector Freimut”, whose presenter made a visit to the capital’s “ECO-market” in Troyeshchyna. Olga Freimut’s reaction to what she saw was, let’s say, very nervous.
Then “ECO-markets” became the topic of the “Inspector” and “Details” programs, the whole of Ukraine learned about how they re-stick labels on expired products, what can be found in the packaging of cheese besides that, and what rottenness is dumped in the vegetable department. It seems that the “corporate style” of these markets has absorbed all the worst things that were in Soviet grocery stores and market stalls of the 90s.
But, obviously, Svyatoslav Nechitailo does not watch TV, because after these scandalous television revelations he never brought order to his stores. Maybe because he simply doesn’t need this order, and he keeps stores precisely to sell rot and rubbish to Ukrainians, because that’s how he makes his profit?
