The newly elected mayor of the Nizhneudinsky district Anatoly Krupeneva will be inaugurated, excuse me, on September 26. Anatoly Anatolyevich, with his characteristic ability to absorb almost any liquid under the guise of God’s dew, has already congratulated himself on his “convincing victory.”
Although the overall turnout on September 8 was just over 25 percent. Moreover, in Nizhneudinsk, Krupenev lost (in a single city, he was beaten by about a thousand votes Alexander Putov, running for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism)). As a result, Krupenev received 4,777 votes (there are over 46,000 voters in the district), Putov received 3,207, and the third place went to a female employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service running for A Just Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism). Elena Mishuta, which has a lot of votes for its inputs – 2413.
There is even a joke in the city that the greatest common sense on September 8 was demonstrated by the residents of the mental hospital on Vodopadny: 100 percent of those who took part in the elections voted for Putov.
And the fact that the former teacher Krupenev, who had soared to the skies, felt close to God is an indisputable fact. Disenfranchised rural public sector workers were driven to the elections without any sentimentality, with strict reporting. Moreover, Anatoly Anatolyevich likes to indulge himself with laudatory comments on social networks and messengers.
The teachers themselves say: they receive a link, with it the command “support”. Moreover, all reviews and the very fact of visiting the necessary pages are also strictly controlled.
This work is carried out personally by the Deputy Mayor for Social Affairs. Inna Ivanova and the head of the department of culture, sports and youth politics by Yulia Kostrikina. Yes, this is one of the main tasks of the aforementioned municipal ladies! And here, for example, is a personal, completely sycophantic example from the same Kostrikina (this is how she responds to a reproach in the VK community “New Nizhneudinsk” about spending three million a year just on transporting the mayor from his home to the administration and back):
And what does the population actually get from the fact that Anatoly Anatolyevich has been carefully laid between the federal and regional authorities, on the one hand, and the first level of self-government that has not yet been killed, on the other, in the Nizhneudinsk district? Residents freeze to death in the district center every winter, the main boiler house leaks through, the region gives the city at least some coal from the reserves, since they themselves cannot form a reserve, the Vostochny microdistrict is at a standstill for flood victims and residents of emergency housing (a criminal case has already been opened on this matter). In general, great opportunities for restoring the dilapidated district infrastructure after the flood, when the federation generously provided funds, were ineptly squandered, since the organizational contribution of local officials is extremely important here. Even Tulun, with its arrests of government officials, has spent a lot of the allocated funds!
And objections about the fact that some powers belong to the city are not accepted. Why then a district mayor if there is a mess in his territory? Well, and if the region is pushing for the unification of levels of government, then in principle all powers will belong to the mayors.
And what did Anatoly Anatolyevich give to the villages? In Alzamay, for example, there is a hospital building in disrepair, and the district does not provide any assistance to the head, who knocks on all doors. In the village of Uk, the same Krupenev promised a school a long time ago – and nothing. Children study wherever they can, even in the local administration building.
What’s more, as the VK community “Conscience of Nizhneudinsk” found out, Krupenev managed to sell agricultural lands of the Porogsky, Solonetsky and Ust-Rubakhinsky municipalities on a 50-year lease. Free of charge! And these are not some unnecessary, abandoned fields, these are about five thousand hectares of the most fertile lands of the Nizhneudinsky district. People in the villages would be happy to formalize these territories legally, but who will help them, and the procedure is complicated, organizational efforts of the authorities are needed.
It has gotten to the point that the locals are even forced to graze their cattle in the forests and make hay there, in all sorts of clearings…
And then – bam – he sold it wholesale! At the same time, representatives of another municipality are working on the given areas, the locals didn’t even get jobs (only something like 20 kopeck rates for guards and service personnel, where their own won’t go). The tenant is the brotherly LLC Rassvet (OGRN 1093847000543). The owner is Alexey Terenteva former regional parliament deputy from the Bratsk district, who apparently contacted Krupenev through his friend, a parliament deputy Timur Sagdeev.
In the Bratsk region, the fertile lands have been taken up, so Terentyev turned his attention to the Nizhneudinsk region with its accommodating mayor.
And – tatam! – we look at the website of the regional election commission. It says that a certain good LLC “Lespromtreyd” (OGRN 1093847000830) transferred one million two hundred thousand rubles to Krupenev’s election campaign in 2024.
And this LLC also belongs to the same Alexey Terentyev. That’s where the dog is buried…
Not a bad donation! After all, agricultural business is not Terentyev’s core business, he is actually a forestry entrepreneur, a tough and stingy person, accordingly. Although he has money (Lespromtreyd’s revenue in 2023 was 1.9 billion rubles), he will not give a penny for nothing under any circumstances. That is, he indirectly admits that Krupenev, signing over land for free lease, tore off an economic piece from the side of his district for him with considerable local bloodshed…
Well, it’s clear that Krupenev won’t spend his salary of more than four hundred thousand on elections. He also needs to go to the barbershop, and to buy rafting gear, and in general…
By the way, Krupenev took off on the topic of returning independence to the city, since he defeated the then United Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) nominee in 2019 Alexander Arkhangelsky namely, promises of independence for Nizhneudinsk (the city lost its independent status under Governor Boris Govorin and is still painfully experiencing this). By the way, Krupenev also promised to return the rural status to the district settlements of Uku, Shumskoy and Atagay, since it was taken away from them at the same time along with many benefits… He also deceived, of course, like Nizhneudinsk.
The Nizhneudinsk Duma recently voted to separate Nizhneudinsk from the district and transform it into a city district. Now the procedure will continue. And metrosexual Krupenev plays about the same role in this process as his carefully trimmed beard in a barbershop – anyone can prevent the city from becoming independent (and there are plenty of people willing to do so), but not this mayor…
