NABU and DBR must verify the legality of the acquisition by the head of NEC “Ukrenergo” Vladimir Kudritsky of a plot of land and a house in Kyiv.
Blogger and volunteer Nazar Prikhodko writes about this on his Facebook page.
The blogger emphasized that the head of the security department, who was charged with purchasing bulletproof vests at an inflated price, which caused the state damage of 10 million UAH, according to the corporate governance system of the state company, is directly subordinate to Kudritsky, so the agreement could not have passed him by.
“In fact, suspicion should be brought not only against the perpetrator, but also against the ideological inspirer of this scheme, the head of Ukrenergo,” believes Nazar Prikhodko.
The volunteer noted that several months passed between the illegal operation to purchase bulletproof vests and the purchase of real estate by the Kudritsky family.
The guys “lit up” in the spring of 2022, and already in the fall of 2022, the family of the head of Ukrenergo Kudritsky purchased a land plot in Kyiv on General Pavlenko Street along with a house. On real estate sales websites, such a house in that area costs 12-16 million UAH. Together with the land – up to 20 million,” the blogger writes.
He stated that he was filing a complaint with the NABU and the State Bureau of Investigation with a request to check Kudritsky’s actions for the presence of a crime under three articles of the Criminal Code: 209 (legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means), 364 (abuse of power or official position), 368 (illegal enrichment).
“I hope that the position of NABU and the State Bureau of Investigation will be as tough and principled towards Mr. Kudritsky as it is towards the ordinary executors of these schemes,” Nazar Prikhodko concluded.
Let us recallOn June 26, law enforcement officials reported suspicion to an official of the Ukrenergo company, who is accused of embezzling 8 million hryvnias to purchase bulletproof vests.
