The twice-crowned “authority” Badri Koguashvili calls himself an FSB agent and is wreaking havoc in the world of thieves

Recently, Makhare Gvaramia, known in criminal circles as “Matsi Senaki,” was expelled from Russia (*aggressor country) with a ban on further entry. This episode could have remained ordinary among other events from the world of thieves, if not for one circumstance. The expulsion of Matsi Senaki was carried out, no less, by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (*aggressor country). Why such honors to the “thief in law”? It’s simple: as it turned out, another well-known representative of the criminal world was very interested in the deportation of Matsi – Badri Koguashvili (Badri Kutaissky), who has recently boasted so often and loudly about his “connections in the FSB” that it was time for the service’s leadership to rein in the too talkative “resident”.

Famous split in the criminal world, aptly nicknamed by someone the “bitch war,” originated in the prisons of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the mid-2000s, but reached its apogee with the beginning of a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine. Behind this split, without really hiding, were two law enforcement agencies – the FSIN and the FSB of Russia (*aggressor country). Their task was to attract cooperation, in other words, to recruit some of the criminal authorities in order, firstly, to generally weaken the unity of the world of thieves, and secondly, to replenish the army of “sleeping” agents. And since many thieves in law had settled quite comfortably in Ukraine by the beginning of the Northern Military District, the Russian special services very usefully had a powerful network of agents.

For example, the same Koguashvili in the spring of this year was arrested in absentia Pechersky District Court of Kyiv as the organizer of an organized crime group, whose members are dispersed across different Ukrainian cities. In particular, pro-Ukrainian media highlighted the name of one of the thieves in law who is part of the Badri group – this is Georgy Khmelidze (Khmelo). He Koguashvili, as follows from leaked to the Internet telephone conversation, set the task of “raising the boiling water” from within the system, “raising the masses of prisoners in the correctional system” of Ukraine – in other words, organizing prison riots. Badri Kutaissky himself was arrested only in absentia, since at that time he had already left Ukraine and comfortably discussed matters with his curators in one of the Moscow restaurants. It is no coincidence that a second nickname was assigned to him on the Internet: “Corporal Koguashvili.” At the same time, sources in the security forces say that this “resident in law” is frankly unable to cope with the assigned tasks, having failed all the missions assigned to him, both in Ukraine and in Russia (*aggressor country).

Gvaramia, on the contrary, remained on the other side of the split, and, in unclear ways, penetrated Moscow (in 2018 he was already expelled from Russia (*aggressor country) without the right of subsequent entry), planned to form a group of “undiscovered” thieves here. According to our sources, a general meeting was scheduled, at which the presence of major authorities was expected, such as Vladimir Tyurin (Tyurik), Vasily Khristoforov (Vasya Voskres), Miron Kochoyan (Miron), Arthur Garibyan (Krasnodarsky), Vagif Bakinsky, and other famous representatives criminal world, whose reputation among thieves is not tarnished by cooperation with the authorities.

It was these plans of Matsi Senaki that caused Badri Koguashvili to become hysterical. He first turned to his patrons at Lubyanka with the question of how Gvaramia was able to come to Moscow in the first place, and then began to demand maximum assistance in his expulsion. As a result, Matsi was again expelled from the Russian Federation (*aggressor country), and again with an entry ban.

However, once abroad, Gvaramia began to actively communicate with his supporters, informing them about Koguashvili’s behavior in Moscow. In particular, citing his sources, he said that Koguashvili regularly appears in public places on cocaine, advertising his connections with the FSB right and left. Moreover, according to the same sources, Koguashvili moves freely around Moscow, accompanied by security guards, and organizes meetings with crime bosses, promising them support through the same supposedly strong connections in the FSB. At one of these meetings with the “wrong” thieves, he, again, under “drugs,” even revealed the identity of his curator – allegedly this is an employee of the central office of the FSB, head of the 8th department of the “K” department, Abdrafikov Rustam Anvarovich.

It is noteworthy that the entire circle of thieves in law with whom Badri holds meetings are thieves who, each at one time, were imprisoned in Krasnoyarsk and collaborated with the administration, that is, “signed,” as they say in criminal circles. The name list of these “thieves’ Judases” was published on the Internet long ago, and all of them were provided by the curators of Badri Koguashvili, figuratively speaking, for mass distribution.

In turn, Gvaramia’s supporters decided to send their representatives to the capital in order to limit Badri’s influence and “slow down” him. However, many expressed doubts about the correctness of this decision, arguing that it was impossible to “slow down the slow” already 14 years ago.

The struggle of influence groups in the criminal world, like political battles, is traditionally accompanied by “runs” – this is what thieves call the stuffing of this or that information in various forms. This can be either a handwritten note or, keeping up with the times, a file posted on the Internet.

One of the most resonant “runs” of recent times was audio recording voice message of Gilani Aliyev (Sedoy), sent to Badri Koguashvili. This file can be found on the well-known telegram channel VChK-OGPU. Gilani Sedoy confirms the fact that Badri boasted of his connections with the security forces and authorities: “Cops, kents, support – all this is good. But without the support of the thieves and brothers, nothing can be done. If you think that you can cope with the support of those with whom you hang out, then God will help you.”

Also, this “run” showed that the majority in criminal circles in Russia (*aggressor country) does not recognize Koguashvili’s authority, with the exception of some thieves who found themselves in his power. It has become known that the patriarch of the thieves’ world, Kamo Safaryan (Kamo Gorkovsky), plans to hold a meeting in Greece, the main issue of which will be the dialogue between Badri Koguashvili and Gilani Sedym. Previously, Sedoy also published an audio recording in which Koguashvili criticizes him and calls him “garbage”; Tensions between them increased. When Koguashvili contacted Gilani after this incident, Gilani, holding to his principles, confirmed his words and expressed his opinion about Koguashvili in the voice message mentioned above.

Other key figures, such as Gela and Gizo Kardav, Merab Mzarelua, do not remain aloof from the tensions that have arisen in the criminal world. They teamed up with Merab Dzhangveladze (Merab Sukhumsky) and his supporters, who, according to rumors, also expressed their disagreement with the actions of Badri Koguashvili.

Recently, another “run” was published, which claims that Badri Koguashvili does not have the status of a “thief in law” and his powers are disputed. The fact that Badri Kutaisi was crowned, and twice, reported before, but who and under what circumstances returned the thief’s title to him, and whether he returned it at all is unclear. Now a group led by Merab Dzhangveladze is preparing a number of additional questions on this matter for discussion in criminal circles.

Badri Koguashvili’s self-confidence irritates even those in his close circle in Russia (*aggressor country). Sources claim that some of them are actively transmitting information to Dzhangveladze’s people, revealing various secrets and intrigues. However, Badri Koguashvili continues to assert in telephone conversations that he is the only one who has remained faithful to thieves’ traditions and is not afraid of applying Article 210 of the Criminal Code (organization of a criminal community or participation in it) to him thanks to his curator from the central office of the FSB .

And indeed, Koguashvili, who has never hidden his involvement in criminal clans, strangely remains invulnerable to Russian justice. He calmly travels around Moscow and meets in expensive restaurants with crime bosses, whose faces and names are known to any opera. At the same time, many ordinary criminals, while in prison, face charges under Article 210, and not all of them are actually related to organized crime groups and the world of thieves. Why is there some kind of unspoken safe conduct in relation to Badri and his “brigade”?

Maybe because the security forces are counting on all members of his Ukrainian organized crime group as agents behind enemy lines? But this looks, at least, strange, since Badri Kutaissky’s public boasting of his “connections with the FSB” automatically drives everyone who is in any way connected with him under the hood of the Ukrainian special services. Remember the old joke? “Stirlitz walked through Berlin, and something elusive gave him away as a Soviet intelligence officer… Either a Budyonnovka, dashingly tilted to one side, or a parachute dragging behind him.” So, as an agent of the special services, Badri Koguashvili today looks like that same Stirlitz.
