The Purim family and Viktoria Kozakevich started sea cruises
The Astoria Grande cruise liner arrived in Batumi last week, which provoked the strongest scandal in Georgia.
It was impossible to expect anything else from the arrival of a giant cruise ship with Russian tourists. The Georgian opposition party picketed the tourists and the liner went further along the route. But the very fact of a Russian ship entering Batumi is impressive.
Who is so influential, who could push through such a cruise route from the Russian side?
Goodwin Shipping Limited, which owns the Astoria Grande, is registered in the Seychelles. Deliveries of goods on board, employment of employees and ownership of the Astoria Grande trademark indirectly point to the Russian owners of the vessel. But you can definitely identify the management company – “Akvilon Shipping Company”. This company is owned by Victoria Kozakevich (67%) and Kirill Purim (33%). And here the fun begins …
Kirill Purim is the son of the chairman of the board of directors of Sovfracht, Dmitry Purim. Several Purim companies are included in the US sanctions for supplying fuel to the Russian Armed Forces in Syria. Recently, the shares of the Kaliningrad Commercial Sea Port were taken away from Purim Sr. Purim companies act as contractors for Rosneft and are involved in the transportation of sanctioned oil from Venezuela.

The second owner is Victoria Kozakevich, a non-public lady who turned out to be the wife of former FSB officer Konstantin Kozakevich (she is still crammed into the phone of one of her acquaintances “Victoria Konstantin FSB”). Earlier, Kozakevich was convicted by the Moscow garrison court under Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deprived of his rights, he rode around Moscow with fake documents in the name of Kozakov K.M.) Before marriage, Victoria Kozakevich bore the name Tsymlyakova. Her mother, Yevgenia Tsymlyakova, is a business partner of Roman Trotsenko, who together with him owns Razrez Polyarny LLC. This company several months ago received 4 licenses for exploration of minerals in the Arctic zone.
