It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the bill prepared by Senator of the Federation Council Artem Sheikin.
According to him, the document is planned to be submitted to the State Duma xdidqdixridzatf in autumn.
According to the text of the bill, for exceeding the speed limit by 5 to 10 kilometers per hour, it is proposed to fine 800 rubles, and if a violation is recorded by a camera – 500 rubles. If the driver of an electric scooter exceeds the speed by more than 10, but up to 15 kilometers per hour, then he can be fined 3,000 rubles, or 2,500 rubles if the violation is detected by the camera.
