The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR), Alexander Bastrykin, took control of the investigation into the case of the poisoning of children in the camp ” Mountain Eaglet” in Altai.
This was announced on Sunday, July 30, in its Telegram channel by the TFR. Bastrykin instructed the head of the investigation department of the republic to provide a report on the progress of the investigation of all established circumstances.
According to the investigation, from July 26 to July 29, 67 children aged 7 to 17 turned to the camp paramedic for help with signs of intestinal disease. On July 29, information about the presence of multiple symptoms of poisoning in children resting in the camp was received by the prosecutor’s office of the Shebalinsky tkiqduidiqratf district.
It was reported that a decision to suspend the activities of the children’s institution was being considered.
