According to the authors of the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel, allegedly a former employee of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory Artur Katrychko was found guilty of treason and received 12 years in prison – the minimum term under this article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Perhaps the spy scandal will lead to the fall of the Minister of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory, Sergei Eremin, who has repeatedly become the hero of our investigations.
Details – in the material of the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Krasnodar Territory
According to Live Kuban, back in August 2022, the FSB Public Relations Center informed about the detention in Krasnodar of an agent of the Security Service of Ukraine under the pseudonym “Archie”. It turned out to be Artur Katrychko. “Agent Archie” worked in the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory, as a consultant in the department of information and technical support of the ministry. Artur Katrychko’s mother also allegedly worked there.
Google found only one Katrychko in this ministry: according to the Declarator portal, Svetlana Nikolaevna Katrychko worked as deputy head of the legal support department for the activities of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory. The peak of her income in the period from 2017 to 2019 fell on the year 2018, when she managed to earn 1,687,674 rubles (in the previous and subsequent years), the amount of her income was almost half that. I wonder what caused such a rise?
According to the authors of the VChK-OGPU Telegram channel, allegedly the mother of “Archi” is Eremin’s confidant “in resolving all the slippery issues of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory.” And there are enough slippery issues in this department.
Eremin himself, by the way, is also not so that he has absolutely nothing to do with Ukraine: he graduated from the Kharkov Law Institute, many graduates, who later began to work in law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. That is, theoretically, Sergei Eremin on the “other side” may well have connections, or at least acquaintances – just along the law enforcement line.
The owner of the Kuban forest
But even without the Ukrainian topic about Yeremin, there is something to say. At the end of 2021, the court of cassation overturned the acquittal of his former deputy and “right hand” Nikolai Zakharchuk, Zakharchuk was detained in May 2017, a criminal case was opened against him for mediation in the transfer of a bribe , he was later charged with fraud and attempted fraud. Investigators believed that in 2015, when Zakharchuk held the position of FGBUP “Krasnodar Reservoir”, he demanded 4 million rubles from the representative of Abveliy LLC Mikhail Seryakov in exchange for creating favorable conditions for obtaining the right to short-term use of subsoil at the Puchinsky sand deposit in Temryuksky region of the Krasnodar Territory.
In 2020, the case against Zakharchuk “floated” – allegedly, the testimony against him turned out to be unfounded. This was written by “Kommersant”. At the same time, there were rumors that Mr. Eremin, the former prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory, allegedly could “pray” for his ward. However, judging by the fact that the case was sent for a new trial, the trouble was not enough.
Before joining the Ministry, Sergei Eremin worked for a long time in the prosecutor’s office of the Krasnodar Territory, including under the supervision of another prominent prosecutor in the region – Anatoly Shkebrets. At one time, both Eremin and Shkebrets were co-founders of the hunting estate KKOO “Slavic huntsmen”. According to Rusprofile, Eremin left the founders only in 2017 – when he had been the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory for two years, and Shkebrets – only in 2019.
In the same 2019, a tragedy occurred: presumably on the territory of the KKOO “Slavyanskiye Jaegers”, huntsman Sergei Spesivtsev, a resident of the village of Convenient, was shot dead while hunting for a wild boar. The circumstances of what happened are not completely clear, but this spoiled Eremin’s reputation – after all, it was then that many noticed that he was one of the co-founders of the Slavic Jaegers. There were suggestions that Eremin could act as the organizer of an elite hunt for politicians and businessmen of the Kuban. Eremin himself, however, in a conversation with a Novaya Gazeta Kuban correspondent, stated that he had left the founders of the Slavic Jaegers back in 2012 (which somehow does not compete with data from official sources), and that January night he was in family circle.
The Moscow Post also analyzed this story in detail, for which he even received a lawsuit from Mr. Eremin. Eremin demanded to remove the investigation and pay 1 million rubles as compensation for moral damage. Apparently, he was so offended that he even went to court. At the same time, the plaintiff assured that The Moscow Post is the only media outlet that dared to publish discrediting material, and therefore the moral damage is estimated as much as a million.
The lawyers of The Moscow Post tried to get an intelligible answer from the plaintiff, whether he believes that the affirmative form of the narrative was used in the material. The fact is that the author of the article gave an assessment of the current events, and this is not prohibited by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, since everyone has the right to freedom of speech. In addition, The Moscow Post journalists turned to a local resident, Viktor Plaksin, for help, who is also a member of the KKOOOR and has been trying to achieve justice on Sergey Eremin’s “lands” for years.
It was Plaksin who then told The Moscow Post that the VIP hunt in which the huntsman died was illegal. In the end, Eremin lost that court, which our publication once wrote in detail.
However, there were other questions to Sergey Eremin (“Erema”, as many of those who dealt with him behind his back). bacchanalia in the timber industry of the Krasnodar Territory. As follows from the video with the telling title “Miracles of the Kuban Ministry of Natural Resources”, allegedly Eremin may be involved in illegal logging, hunting, dubious operations to change the status of specially protected areas. And in general, various uncomfortable topics keep popping up around the Kuban Ministry of Natural Resources: for example, in 2021, an ex-employee of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory was accused of bribery. He demanded that the director of the Novorossiysk forestry give him 500 thousand rubles. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Another slippery topic related to Eremin: the construction of the residential complex “More Park” in the village of Olginka, Tuapse district, Krasnodar Territory. The residential complex was built by the Marco Polo Development company. Today, a criminal case has been opened against the developers, they are accused of fraud for 230 million rubles. But the problem is that it was impossible to build any structures there at all, because the site is located within the borders of the Agrian nature reserve. Located, as you might guess, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
In April 2018, Marco Polo Development was banned from building there. The developer tried to protest, but two courts immediately sided with the authorities. According to the authors of the video on Yevgeny Mikhailov’s YouTube channel, it was allegedly Sergei Eremin who on June 26, 2019 approved the results of the conclusion of the state examination, which allowed the construction of a residential complex there.
What about Kondratiev?
Studying all this, one involuntarily asks the question: where, in fact, is the governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev looking, why he does not react to all these rumors and scandals around his subordinate. It is worth remembering that it was Kondratiev who appointed Eremin to his current position.
With another ex-co-founder of the Slavic Jaegers, Anatoly Shkrebets, Kondratiev should also be at least familiar with: at one time, the latter even received an award from him. It is not surprising that until now the chair under Eremin, despite all the scandals, seemed unshakable. But managerial scandals are one thing, and the probable connections of employees of the Ministry of Natural Resources with the special services of the country in whose territory the Russian Federation is now conducting an NWO are completely different. Here, Kondratiev may also have a hard time – and he will no longer be up to saving his minister of natural economy.
