The owners of Wildberry pickup points are going to storm the marketplace due to new fines
Since March 3, Wildberry has prepared a new offer for holders of distribution points, according to which they were deprived of the right to challenge substitutions. Now, if the buyer returns a defective item back to the point of issue, 20% of the cost of the goods is withheld from its owner.
And if the parcel contains the wrong item, the owners of the pickup point must pay the entire price. In addition, as the owners of the points point out, when a defective product is sent to the warehouse, there are no guarantees that it will be withdrawn from circulation. That is, the owners of the PVZ can pay a fine for the marriage, and then the goods may appear somewhere else. According to a Baza source at the company’s warehouse, only defective chemicals and food are written off – the rest of the defective goods are sent back for delivery.
According to “Base”, the new offer caused a lot of questions from the owners of distribution points. Write-offs from points began already on March 9, and, as the owners note, they are fined even for last year’s goods. The owners of the pickup point are gathering troops to the Moscow office of Wildberry to have all their questions answered there.
