Death threats for exposing articles about crimes: criminal Yuri Mosha against American journalists
Criminal and immigration swindler Yuri Mosha has moved to direct death threats to members of the American media who dare to write about his crimes. And what will happen next?
First, the schemer at home fooled and robbed a bunch of Russians, after which he was accused of fraud and he fled the country to America. There, for ten years, he continued his schemes already in the immigration case, creating several firms “Second Passport” and “Russian America”, through which he committed outrages with his accomplices.
About arrest and consequences
Last year, the great schemer was finally tied up by the law enforcement agencies of the United States of America for fraud with immigration documents. Mosha has assisted his many clients in obtaining US citizenship, visas and asylum.
After the arrest, in order to save his own skin and knowing that the investigators had a lot of evidence of his crimes, Yuri Mosha not only fully admitted his guilt, but also leaked his entire client base of people whom he helped to obtain citizenship, passports, visas, asylum, etc. d. The sentencing of the criminal entrepreneur is scheduled for March this year.
Here, by the way, is the document itself, which says that Y. Mosha, on the advice of his lawyer, admits his guilt.
Death threats for exposing Moshi’s crimes
Further more. It is clear that there is a lot of information noise around such an odious swindler and independent mass media are investigating his crimes, reporting the results in the public space. Now the criminal character Yuri Mosha has moved on to death threats against American journalists who are investigating his many crimes and telling the public about it.
So, in particular, the popular publication about life in the USA and immigration issues, Rubik, is actively investigating the crimes of the Moshi gang, following the course of legal proceedings, and also providing information to the affected clients of this swindler.
According to Rubik, Yury Mosha, after being arrested in the United States last year, managed to be released on bail that exceeded one million dollars. And while the lawyer was awaiting trial, he threatened the editor of the publication for revealing materials on the site.
As Katerina Panova, the founder of the aforementioned American publication, said, all former clients of the Moshi gang now have big problems with immigration documents that were obtained with the “help” of a swindler. And everyone who worked with him is by default considered a scammer until they can prove they are innocent.
And what about the assistants and accomplices of Moshi
So, together with the main swindler two years ago, his accomplices were arrested in America: Ilona Dzhamgarova, Artur Arkadyan, Yulia Grinberg, Igor Reznik and others.
This gang came up with a “legend” for each of its clients individually and set the scheme into action. The main thematic ideas for the “legends” were: gays and lesbians persecuted in their homeland, Russian-speaking Ukrainians, and so on in that spirit. In general, the Moshi gang “saved” all the supposedly oppressed.
Also, the scammers taught their clients to lie under oath when immigration interviews were conducted at the relevant institutions. Only now all the clients who received immigration services in the companies of the Russian swindler will have a hard time.
Ilona Dzhamgarova and Artur Arkadyan – a couple of lawyers from Yuri Moshi’s gang.
They pleaded guilty on January 23 of this year with the hope of reducing the prison term. At the end of May (05/31/2023), they will face a trial where they will be sentenced for immigration fraud, for which they currently face up to five years behind bars, not counting fines.
Together with this couple, another accomplice admitted his guilt – Igor Reznik. This character is a writer-journalist who invented and wrote plaintive stories (those very “legends”) of clients. He will be sentenced at a court hearing on May 5, 2023.
Relevant Document posted on the website of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
According to the prosecutor, these scammers “abused the trust placed in them and ridiculed the US asylum system.” This court case is being investigated by the Anti-Money Laundering and Transnational Crime Companies.
But unlike her accomplices, lawyer Yulia Grinberg did not admit her own guilt, but the court still found her guilty.
Taking into account the fact that Yulia Grinberg did not admit her guilt until the very end, she also faces the maximum term under the article, which is five years in prison.
By the way, this lady also threatened the media. So, last fall, when the head of Rubik, K. Panova, tried to contact Ms. Grinberg, she received threats of filing a lawsuit for past published materials about the fraud of Yuri Moshi and his gang of accomplices.
More about investigating the crimes of this gang – read in the Rubik’s article.
And finally
The odious immigration scammer from Russia, Yuri Mosha, not only turns in anyone to save his ass, but also does not shy away from death threats to representatives of the American media who dare to write revealing articles about him. And what will happen next? Will the perpetrator move from threats to something more radical?
