Aleksey Romanko from Sumy CH decided to become a latifundist
It hasn’t happened for a long time and here it is again? In social networks, for days on end, the noise around the last session of the Shostka City Council has not subsided, writes Anticorrosive.
Actually, a lively discussion of the townspeople was caused not by the meeting itself, but by one of the decisions of the city deputies. They did not renew the lease agreement for Agrofirma Lan LLC. Surprise with indignation caused a rather strange vote of deputies, users of social networks also remembered the conversation between Nikolai Noga and the deputy of the regional council from the Servant of the People party Alexei Romanko. There was a version that the lease was not extended, because someone definitely laid eyes on a tidbit of land and has his own plans for it.
So we decided to find out where the dog actually rummaged and whether Facebook conspiracy theories are grounded.
As for the scandalous land plot, everything is transparent and understandable here. In the State Land Cadastre, she has a cadastral number 5925384200:01:003:0402. The area is 27.47 hectares, located on the territory of the Makovsky village council of the Shostka district of the Sumy region. At one time, the State Geocadastre disposed of this land and Agrofirma Lan LLC won the right to lease it as part of the auction. Competitors bypassed by offering the highest price. That is, they played by the rules, as in the whole civilized world. As part of the decentralization reform, the Geocadaster transferred this land to the Shostka City Council, which now decides who to lease the land to.
History sparkled with new colors when we asked about the names of the owners of neighboring plots around our “stumbling block”. In particular, three of them with cadastral numbers

The state register of rights to real estate, in response to our request, reported that the owner of these lands is none other than 22-year-old Romanko Natalya Alexandrovna. She is also the niece of Aleksey Viktorovich Romanko, deputy of the Sumy Regional Council from the Servant of the People party. Moreover, Romanko Natalya Alexandrovna became the owner of these and other lands recently, already during a full-scale invasion, in December 2022.
Further – more interesting. Because the land plots of Ms. Romanko are leased by SEVER GROUP AGRO LLC (EDRPOU code: 44580110). This enterprise was created in November 2021 by two deputies of the Sumy Regional Council from the Servant of the People party – Locksmith Alexander Mikhailovich and (what a surprise!) Romanko Alexey Viktorovich. The latter is also the director of the aforementioned society. It’s not hard to put two and two together, is it? After that, the vote in the city council seems not so surprising. Everything is natural from the point of view of the new owners of life: the plot of Agrofirma Lan LLC is adjacent to the lands of the Romanko family – and colleagues from the Servant of the People do not renew the lease of the land, which their fellow party member noticed.
Win the right at auction, pay more for renting land to the city? And why, if you are from the power of the party and can afford to turn from a servant into a master. And the land is the shortest way in Ukraine to acquire a fortune and feel like a latifundist, and not a banal “servant”.
