After the arrest of a gang of drug dealers, the so-called FBU President Kirill Shevchenko fled to Montenegro and took out $ 5 million, writes ORD.
At the end of 2022, information flashed in the media about the arrest of members of a drug-selling criminal group. This news did not receive much coverage and was quickly forgotten. We want to correct this injustice, especially since the self-named President of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine Kirill Shevchenko is involved in this group. After the henchmen were detained, he fled the country and … still has not returned.
December 23, 2022 detained two members of a drug gang who sold illegal pills on the territory of Ukraine, and transferred the money to Russia. “Business” was organized by a 38-year-old native of Donbass, who received Russian citizenship and currently lives in Rostov-on-Don. More than 365,000 illegal pseudoephedrine tablets, from which up to 36 kg of methamphetamine can be made, were confiscated from the attackers. The estimated cost of drugs at the prices of the “black” market is more than 10 million hryvnia. Mobile phones, bank cards, dollars and Russian rubles were also seized.
This is official information from the National Police. Now, a few significant details that we learned from our own sources in law enforcement. One of the detainees, according to our information, was Alexander Shchiptsov. A native of Russia, supposedly even a recidivist wanted by Interpol. His called the right hand of drug lord Yegor Burkin (Levchenko), the founder of the so-called Khimprom, a Russian drug syndicate that deployed a huge network of synthetic drugs in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian “office” of the cartel was supervised by Kirill Shevchenko and his people. He and his lawyer Andrey Tsygankov helped the Russians to arrange drug supplies to Ukraine. Recently there were even published addresses of their offices in Kyiv. What is significant: under this message, the lawyer Tsygankov immediately came and began to refute. Which leads to certain opinions.
How drug dealer Shevchenko fled to Montenegro
After the gang of drug dealers were captured, Shevchenko hurriedly left the country. I left on December 29, 2022 for Montenegro through the Shegini checkpoint and still have not returned. In the car, according to our data, he took out about 5 million dollars earned in the drug business. How could he cross the state border when men are not allowed to leave? On the eve of a full-scale invasion, Shevchenko took over the Boxing Federation and now he is an “official” who can travel abroad for sports, for example. What kind of sports activities he has been doing in Montenegro for the third week, we still do not know. After all, the federation did not report any meetings or competitions in this country.
While Shevchenko is enjoying a peaceful life in the EU, here in Ukraine his lawyer Tsygankov is “settling the issue” in law enforcement to keep the boss safe from legal troubles. It is probably because of certainty that Shevchenko is not in a hurry to go home yet.
Shevchenko – native from the roaring 90s. The media called him close to the criminal circles who protected street trading in the capital’s underground passages. He headed the Kyiv city boxing federation. There are dubious connections with the aggressor state, or rather, with the Kadyrovites. In 2020, he invited two children’s boxing coaches Rustam Chichaev and Valid Aidamirov to Ukraine from Chechnya. However, later it turned out that they were not coaches at all, but security officials close to the militant Ramzan Kadyrov. They were immediately deported from Ukraine. media described this story. The Great War could not cool these relations. ATO veteran Mikhail Maiman accused Shevchenko of continuing cooperation with the Kadyrovites and even contributing to their aggression against Ukraine.
Regarding his henchman, Tsygankov is no less odious person. He defended corrupt officials in courts, in particular, the former MP Alexander Onishchenko, and then contacted Shevchenko and plunged into crime. In 2016, he was even detained on suspicion of spying for the Russian Federation. However, the case ended in nothing and Tsygankov was released. The aforementioned Mikhail Maiman accused Shevchenko and Tsygankov of organizing his abduction and beating, allegedly on Kadyrov’s personal order. Now Tsygankov has recently been visiting acquaintances in law enforcement agencies, trying to buy off his Montenegrin comrade Shevchenko from a criminal case.
Whether he succeeded, we will find out immediately after Shevchenko’s return to Ukraine. Regarding Shchiptsov and other members of the group, the investigation is ongoing, which should end with fair sentences. And not only those who sold drugs, but above all the organizers of this “business” – the Russians and their local “partners” in the person of Shevchenko and Tsygankov.
