Her partner was a Kyiv friend, Elizaveta Znoba, who owns the Azmuu trademark in Ukraine: products under this brand have been sold there for several years. However, by the end of the year, Sofya Meladze left the company, transferring her share to a little-known builder.
According to the Kontur.Focus service, in March 2022, Sofya Meladze became a co-founder of Azmuu LLC in Moscow. Then she owned 80 percent of the company. Last summer, the company registered a brand of the same name with Rospatent for a number of categories of food products.
A brand with the same name and a similar design from 2020 until the start of a special military operation was used by the LVK-Milk company in the Kyiv region. The organization was engaged in the sale of yogurts, kefirs, sour cream, fermented baked milk and granola. According to the Ukrainian database Nomis, LVK-Milk participated in Ukrainian public procurement.
The co-owner of “LVK-Milk” and the Moscow “Azmuu” is the same person – a graduate of the Ukrainian “MGIMO” Elizaveta Znoba. She also owns the Azmuu trademark in Ukraine. Judging by the information on the pages of Znoba on social networks, recently the girl (she is the same age as Sofya Meladze) lives mainly in Europe – in Austria, France, Denmark.
In November 2022, Sofya unexpectedly left the Russian Azmuu. Her share in the company was transferred to entrepreneur Nikolai Yarkhin. Perhaps he is only a nominal owner who “covers” the daughter of Valery Meladze. Yarkhin is 70 years old, and previously his relatively modest business interests were limited to construction: he was the director of two shell companies in Moscow, a minority shareholder in a construction company in Sergiev Posad. In addition, the businessman is fond of playing billiards.
However, 23-year-old Sofia Meladze still has at least one business project in Moscow.
It was reported that the project of the restaurant Omela. Family Rooms (registered as the legal entity Cafe Nabokov) the sisters Sofya and Inga Meladze prepared for a year and planned to open the establishment before the end of 2022, but the launch never took place. In connection with the latest scandal that Valery Meladze got into, the risk of losing investments has increased for the sisters.
Recall that the main link between Valery Meladze and Ukraine is his older brother Konstantin Meladze. He is a composer, producer of the VIA Gra group, has citizenship of Ukraine (officially – Konstyantyn) and the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine, is married to singer Vera Brezhneva.
At the end of December 2022, the brothers performed together in Berlin, appearing on the same stage for the first time since the beginning of the special operation. And a few days later, Valery Meladze, at a corporate party in Dubai, voiced the speech of Ukrainian nationalists. Now Russian parliamentarians demand (in various versions) to punish the singer. Obviously, in the Barvikha concert hall, where Meladze planned to give a performance in March 2023, he is unlikely to perform.
