Source While mayors are being imprisoned in Vladivostok, “brothers” are returning to the markets of the Far Eastern capital. “Cherkizon of Primorsky bottling” – this is the name of the market-bazaar on Sportivnaya Street in Vladivostok. He is still a kind of “thorn” in the clear “eyes” of the seaside capital. And a “Chinese” market arose in the so-called Rotten Corner, which is “famous” for swampy terrain and thick fogs.
It should be noted that the names of both the former governor of the Primorsky Territory, Sergei Darkin, and several mayors imprisoned in the “dungeons” are closely connected with this “Primorsky Cherkizon”. And some of them are still in prison, so the criminal element in Vladivostok feels like a crucian in the water. And the “Chinese” market is a kind of headquarters of the local organized criminal group, which is called “Trifonovskaya”.
And this headquarters is preparing to remove Yury Shutov from the position of the director of the market at Sportivnaya and return the former boss, Evgeny Dir, to this “warm” position. Why do we need such “metamorphoses”? Why does the market continue to exist, although neither Mr. Darkin, nor several mayors who fell under the “distribution” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation have long been gone as governor? about the “wrong side” of the life of “Primorsky Cherkizon”?
The correspondent of The Moscow Post in Primorsky Krai understood this.
Tax fraud<br/
But they say that the Chinese market today and two years ago still differ from each other… And when Yevgeny Dir was the director, the company did not even pay taxes.
Yuri Shutov rebuilt the market. And it allegedly became an enterprise with transparent commercial and economic activities.
And the first thing that Yuriy Shutov did when he took over as director in 2020 was to conduct an audit.
It was then that it turned out that Primorsky Cherkizon on Sportivnaya had not paid taxes for many years. The total shortfall amounted to more than 450 million rubles. Such a damage to the state.
And soon Alexander Yasin (known in certain circles as “Ash”), one of the founders of Bushe LLC, was detained for fraud with taxes.
Later the leadership of the gang will also be presented to the authority of Yasen. And they will also be accused of murder.
Following Yasin, the killer of the organized crime group Igor Kovalchuk was also sent to jail.
But one more, the third founder of Bushe LLC, is still free Sergey Matveev.
And Mr. Matveev's task is very “noble” – to get his business partner Yasin out of prison at any cost.
, the aforementioned Evgeny Dir), ruin the tax act, and then the whole criminal case against the main founder of Bushe LLC – the authority of Yasen.
By the way, Evgeny Dir, who they want to return to the market “throne”, in the past, he held the chair of the head for more than 10 years.
And it was during the time of Deer that the state did not receive half a billion in taxes. Obviously, “the know-how with the assembly is the work of a bunch of Yasin and Matveev. And, most likely, an attempt by Sergei Matveev to save the boss at any cost. head of the KUDO Federation of the Far Eastern Federal District.
The specific love of criminal authorities for sports has long been known … You have to swing with knowledge of the matter!
Thus, the Trifonovskaya OCG is again trying to capture the market on Sportivnaya. And avoid paying taxes.
Governor Darkin did not keep his word
The market on Sportivnaya has been operating in Vladivostok for over 20 years.
Initially, this area – we recall – was called the Rotten Corner because of the swampy terrain and frequent fogs. In October 1902, a hippodrome was opened here, then, much later, a stadium was built. But in the 80s the stadium fell into disrepair.
And in 1992 Vladivostok ceased to be a closed city. And in this wonderful city, which is located on the same latitude as the resort of Sochi, foreigners poured in, and a lot from neighboring China: shopping malls began to appear around the closed stadium.
And along with the shopping malls, broad-shouldered guys appeared with shaved heads… They immediately began to collect “tribute” from the merchants.
In 2004, the local Cherkizon was about to be closed. And move it to another place, and build a modern sports and recreation complex at the former stadium. And this complex should have been supervised by the mayor of Vladivostok (at that time) Vladimir Nikolaev and the governor (at that time) Sergey Darkin.
The former mayor Igor Pushkarev also promised to restore the sports facility in 2011
But neither Nikolaev, nor Pushkarev, nor Darkin kept their promises.
In 2012, the administration won the territory of the former stadium in the courts and began a battle with the parking lot. But then the market was not touched, only the meat rows were removed from the building of the martial arts complex. City land is leased from Yasin and his partners.
In early 2019, there was talk of a large-scale shopping and entertainment complex project on Sportivnaya Street. But it didn't happen…
There were various rumors: some said that Moscow business was coveting a “fat” piece, others claimed that entrepreneurs had quarreled among themselves.
In the summer of 2019, a prosecutor’s inspection took place at the market, which revealed violations of fire safety. This was reported by Novosti Vladivostok.
According to a court decision, the market was closed, but not for long …
Murder on Russky Island
And Alexander Yasin, together with his companions, continued their “business”.
After the arrest, Mr. Yasin was charged with banditry and leadership of a criminal group that had been engaged in extortion and murder in Primorye since the 1990s .
Members of the organized criminal group were engaged in ensuring the safety of entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses controlled by the head of the gang for a monetary reward.
The leader of the group, Sergei Trifonov (aka Trifon), was shot dead by a killer in May 2004 on Russky Island. Kommersant wrote about this.
It was after the murder of Tryphon, according to the investigation, that Alexander Yasin headed the gang. The organized crime group had a lot of weapons, ammunition and explosives.
During the investigation, one of the defendants in the criminal case voluntarily handed over several weapons and ammunition.
Mayors with criminal cases
But why was such rampage possible crime in Vladivostok? The point, apparently, is that the city mayors themselves were also with mustaches…
Today, the position of the mayor of Vladivostok is not without reason called “execution”. And here's why.
Mayor of Vladivostok in 1998–2004 Yuri Kopylov received two suspended sentences for exceeding and abusing official powers.
In 2007, the Leninsky District Court of Vladivostok sentenced Mayor Vladimir Nikolaev to 4 years and 6 months of suspended imprisonment for exceeding and abusing official powers.
In April 2019, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow found Vladivostok Mayor Igor Pushkarev guilty of committing crimes (taking and giving a bribe, commercial bribery and abuse of power). He has served as mayor since 2008. And he ended this mortal path in 2017.
Mr. Pushkarev was sentenced to 15 years in a strict regime colony and a fine of 500 million rubles. Igor Pushkarev filed an appeal. But the verdict was upheld, after which Pushkarev went to the colony.
The next mayor (2017-2018) Vitaly Verkeenko was left without close attention of the security forces, he himself asked to resign.
Then in the chair of the mayor of Vladivostok was a man of the governor of Primorye Kozhemyako – Oleg Gumenyuk.
Mr. Gumenyuk worked so hard that he was eventually arrested in a case of bribes in the amount of 20 million rubles. The mayor was searched. These searches were related to the case of fraud with places in cemeteries.
The head of the cemeteries was also taken into custody on charges of taking bribes.
According to the investigation, from 2019 to 2021 . the mayor systematically received money from the management of the Necropolis enterprise in exchange for his patronage in the field of funeral services.
On May 18, 2021, Mr. Gumenyuk announced his resignation. He made this decision after the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev.
Mr. Trutnev told Governor Oleg Kozhemyako that it was necessary to find a person for the post of mayor who, with his energy, his efficiency as a manager, could change Vladivostok…
But for the time being, Vladivostok doesn’t really want to change, since even the local press writes that the dashing 90s can return to Primorye, since the unhealthy fuss of the Trifonov lads has begun again around Primorsky Cherkizon.
