“Interlocutor” found this balcony. It is located in a house on Staraya Basmannaya Street in Moscow – it is easy to identify it by the yellowish color of the walls and large windows. It is there that the 116-meter apartment in which Krasovsky lives is located. It was in this apartment that the propagandist with a salary of half a million a month regularly ordered food delivery. For six months, having managed to spend more than 530 thousand rubles on this.
But, as the Sobesednik found out, Krasovsky’s huge salary was not enough to buy luxury housing.
As follows from the data of Rosreestr, the apartment belongs to a certain Alexander Ivanov and Maria Malorossiyanova. The rare surname of the second owner makes it possible to establish who she is.
Malorossiyanova is an ecologist and project coordinator at the headquarters of the “Separate Collection Krasnogorsk” movement. In January 2016, for example, she set up separate waste collection in her HOA “Novaya Opalikha”.
However, one should not think that activism is well paid: she inherited the apartment.
As for Krasovsky, the “Interlocutor” also found his native housing – where he lived with his father. And it does not fit at all with the image of a man with a half-million salary. Why did Anton fail to save up for his own apartment for all the years of highly paid work? Such money makes it possible to live in a big way, buying apartments, including abroad. The latter is characteristic of Russian patriots. And Sheinin was no exception.
In April, the Lithuanian authorities reported that for several years now there has been a 100-meter apartment in the resort town of Palanga, owned by the host of Channel One and his wife. They did not specify when the property was purchased, but local The media reported: in 2014 it cost €60,000.
By that time, Shanin came under EU sanctions. The Lithuanian Financial Crimes Investigation Service notified that it had imposed restrictions on the TV presenter’s property. And soon a family of Ukrainian refugees moved into it, who will be able to hide there until calmer times.
Sheinin did not comment on the presence of foreign property in any way (apparently, there was not enough time). Subsequently, investigators found out that Popov and his wife Olga Skabeeva own property worth 300 million rubles. One of the apartments is located on Verkhnyaya Maslovka Street in Moscow and costs 45 million rubles. The second is in the new elite residential complex VTB Arena Park.
