Journalist Mikhail Tkach interviewed patrolman Sergei Petrik, who was the first to arrive at the scene of the accident. The fact that Trukhin (a man in a jacket) got behind the wheel after an accident was stated by one of the witnesses. At the same time, Trukhin himself said that he was a passenger, and this was confirmed by the person who was with him in the car. Also, the people’s deputy several times refused to undergo a medical examination, offered Petrik money and tried to leave the scene, saying that “now he will quietly go into the forest.” This confirms the video from the police camera. “Him [Трухина] dukhan, and this one has a dukhan, and those two have a dukhan. In a media commentary after the accident, the people’s deputy said that he “contributed in every possible way” to the work of the police and did everything he was asked to do. The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, said after the UP investigation that people’s deputy Alexander Trukhin has no place in the faction and the party. And in other matters, Alexander Trukhin must cooperate with the investigation, so that it is no longer for us, but for society to answer questions regarding the accident and everything that happened after it.
