By the way, the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the FSB of the Russian Federation was engaged in investigating extortions at the place of his previous work. And an internal audit at the university confirmed the connection of the head of the educational institution, General Miholap, with financial fraud.

The criminal case was first initiated “against unidentified persons”. But General Miholap was nevertheless charged with abuse of office and dismissed.

It is known that at the same time, certain persons from the Main Military Investigation Department (GVSU) of the TFR tried to intervene in the course of the investigation of the case and remove the general from the investigation.
