The Yekaterinburg city administration has ordered research among eighth-grade pupils—500 learners from 14 educational institutions will participate in an online questionnaire focusing on “tolerance, extremism, and terrorism.”
Expense: 150 thousand rubles.
The questionnaire is presented as a “public gauge”, yet:
– inquiries will relate to political opinions and demonstration attitudes,
– the information will be formally gathered by educational institution management.
Earlier, the city administration had commissioned an assessment of the content produced by city inhabitants to ascertain their degree of “protest readiness.”
