Rostislav Zorikov is the son-in-law of the head of the Tactical Missiles Corporation (KTRV) Boris Obnosov. When they found real estate in Prague, he signed off his European assets to his father Andrei Zorikov. Today, the Zorikovs were sanctioned, but only Rostislav and his wife and Obnosov himself were on the list – but not Andrey Zorikov, in whose name the business is now registered.
