The Dnipro Court of Appeal changed the measure of restraint from uncontested detention to round-the-clock house arrest with the wearing of electronic means of control against those accused of spreading criminal influence in the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region – 41-year-old Denis Zhmudsky and 39-year-old Serhiy Mariychuk (who are considered to be watching over Marganets and Tomakovka respectively), as well as 64-year-old criminal authority Yuri Seredenko, nicknamed “Yura Donetsk”, known in the status of the so-called Nikopol “position” from the thief in law Sergei Oleinik (“Umka”). On December 12, 2022, the board of ministers of Themis, consisting of the presiding judge Alla Pistun and participating judges Alexei Ivanchenko and Vasily Kovalenko, decided on December 12, 2022, writes Detective-Info.

In accepting the relevant verdicts, the judges referred to the fact that the extension of the detention of deserving persons “does not meet the requirements of Articles 177, 178, 199 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and violates human rights, while a less mild preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest with the imposition of obligations under Art. .191 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, will be able to prevent the established risks provided for in subparagraphs 1, 3 of part 1 of article 177 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. it was reported: a former member of the defeated “Top Service gang”, nicknamed “Yura Donetsky”, Zhmudsky, Mariychuk and a number of other worthy members of the so-called “OZU Seredenko” were behind bars in early April 2021.

In the spring of this year, as already noted on the pages of Detective-Info , the security forces reported on the direction of the indictment against two dozen deserving men to the court, where the proceedings are still at the stage of preparatory consideration.

The Narik residence was searched in Berlin: about half a million dollars and a collection of elite chronographs were seized

In office of the Dnipro call-center, which was “shaken” in the case of the thieves “Umka” and “Lashi”, title documents for the legendary casino “White Piano” were kept
