As follows from the post on the Facebook page of the law firm Semeniaka Law Company, on January 31, thanks to the efforts of the employees of this office, a citizen of Ukraine Evgeniy Alexandrovich Chernyak received a residence permit in Poland, writes Anticorrosive.
“The results of our work are clearly visible in the photo! Implemented a service for a VIP client – Evgeny Alexandrovich Chernyak! For several months, Nikolay personally worked with this case. A lot of work has been done under close supervision. Cases of this type are a great pride for our company! Thank you for your trust! Further more!”, — informs law firm and attaches a photo with a quote from a grateful client:
Well, we can congratulate the employees of Semeniaka Law Company on the success, who did a rather difficult job and issued a residence permit in Poland for the Ukrainian vodka king Yevgeny Chernyak.
But at the same time, I would like to ask the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies – all these SBU, DBR, NABU, NPU and others that it is impossible to even remember – how did Yevgeny Chernyak, a citizen of Ukraine, whose products fill the shelves of Russian stores, end up abroad? This is not to mention the State Border Service, which cheerfully reports on the capture of “evaders” who are trying to leave for Poland in order to feed their families.
On what grounds did you release a citizen of Ukraine Yevgeny Aleksandrovich Chernyak, born in 1969, aged 53 and quite subject to a ban on crossing the border? Where and when did this happen and who personally gave permission for this obviously illegal act? Or do you have a separate window for those on the Forbes list, and in it sits the press secretary of the Southern Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service and smiles sweetly at the billionaires?
This would all be funny if it weren’t so sad. Because Evgeny Chernyak continues to hold about 10% of the vodka market in Russia.
Of course, Chernyak himself claims that he sold his Russian capacities and now has nothing to do with the products on the shelves of Russian stores. But the change of ownership of the Russky Sever plant in the Vologda Oblast and Rodnik and K in the Moscow region, which are part of Chernyak’s Global Spirits alcohol holding and are engaged in the production of Khortytsya, Morosha and Pervak vodkas in Russia, is a pure formality.
The person who became the formal owner of these factories is a certain Alexander Bespalov. He also received the right to own the Megapolis Trading House, which is the official distributor of the above-mentioned vodkas.
Who is Alexander Stepanovich Bespalov, who suddenly became the owner of three enterprises that previously belonged to the Cypriot offshore companies Oxford AMG-77 Ltd and MSD Marketing System Distribution Ltd, could not be found out. Previously, he was the chairman of the supervisory board of the Feodosia cognac and wine factory, whose key investor was the Cyprus offshore owned by Israeli citizen Alexander Chernyak, the father of a Ukrainian entrepreneur.
Recall that, according to tax reporting, LLC Rodnik and K, located in the Moscow region, paid 9,947,583,338 rubles to the Russian budget in 2021. And another Chernyak vodka plant – Russkiy Sever LLC – brought 5,561,861,573 rubles to the treasury of the Russian Federation. The Megapolis trading house, which sells Chernyak vodka in Russia, brought 50,960,000 rubles to the budget of the Russian Federation.
The overall result is that the three firms of Yevgeny Chernyak brought Russia at least 15,560,404,911 rubles. Fifteen and a half billion rubles. Which were converted into tanks, cannons, cartridges, shells, planes and rockets, dusting the cities of Ukraine and killing our soldiers, our women, old people and children.
It should also be mentioned that vodka produced at the Russian factories of Chernyak in November 2022 was seen in the shops of the occupied Melitopol. A photo of vodka on the shelves of the Mera supermarket in Melitopol was posted on the Web. The photo shows both the name of the vodka and the absence of excise stamps.
The photographs also clearly show the date when this vodka was photographed – November 5, 2022. This is confirmed by the fiscal receipt, which can be seen in the pictures.
But that’s not all. At the beginning of last summer, the products of TM “Khortytsya” were noticed in Kyiv supermarkets. This was reported by OBOZREVATEL with reference to Facebook racing driver and journalist Alexei Mochanov. However, just a few hours later, both of these materials were deleted – both from OBOZREVATEL and from Mochanov’s social network page.
Like supermarket vodka. Then someone tried very hard to hush up the scandal. Because otherwise it was necessary to investigate who and in what way brought a huge batch of vodka from Russia, with which at that time we were already separated by the front line along the entire perimeter of the border, including Belarus. But the topic quickly faded away.
And now – the news that a citizen of Ukraine Yevgeny Chernyak received a residence permit in Poland. Which cannot but cause a lot of questions – no, not to the Poles – they acted on the basis of their own legislation. And Chernyak is clean before their law – since Ukraine is not interested in his vodka epic in Russia, then why should the Poles do this? But the answers to questions to Ukraine are in this, as in many other cases, purely rhetorical.
