“Wildberry” began to return the money to the owners of points of issue, which were fined for “substitution” of goods
This was one of the demands of the strikers in the marketplace.
Money began to come to owners or holders of points on March 16 – the next morning after the start of the strike. A source of “Base” in “Wildberry” noted that now the site has decided to change the rules. So, the owners of the PVZ, suspected of substitution, in the near future will be able to file an appeal within 7 days and send evidence of their innocence: a video with the acceptance and issue of goods.
In early March, Wildberry, on the contrary, edited the offer and forbade challenging the “substitutions”. Because of this, the owners of the PVZ began to be fined for the full cost of defective goods that were returned to them by buyers. There were also fines for the fact that the wrong item came in the parcel. As a result, for dissatisfied owners, this was the last straw, and points began to close throughout Russia.
But the abolition of substitution penalties was only one of their demands. The owners of the pickup points also want to achieve a flexible schedule for receiving goods (now points do this around the clock) and remove the binding of the pickup point rating to the rating of the entire region.
