One of its prominent representatives, People's Deputy of Ukraine Suto Mamoyan, not only continues to vote for the future of our country in the Parliament, but also actively participates in shadow activities to ensure its future. He set up an office in the center of Kyiv, in the Ishak restaurant, where he meets with representatives of the country's top politicians.
Among his “guests” are not only colleagues in the HLE. For example, the head of the presidential faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, came to meet him. It’s interesting what could be discussed by the person who is directly responsible for Russia’s invasion of our country, and the person who heads the Servant of the People, thanks to which, let us recall, Vladimir Zelensky became commander-in-chief?

Arakhamia himself, by the way, confirmed the fact of the meeting. But he never told what he discussed at this feast with Suto Mamoyan and his other guests. Recently, Vatsner and Mamoyan flew to Dubai. Officially – “on business issues.” And at the border, no questions arose for them – neither to Vatsner, nor to Mamoyan. Both are quite a military age. Maybe Arakhamia called the border guards, maybe there were other factors, we don’t know.

This is such an interesting company that a modest people’s deputy from the OPLJ recently gathered in a restaurant, now renamed the “Platform for life and peace”, Suto Mamoyan.
And if the presence of colleagues about the pro-Russian party can be explained, for example, by the fact that they secretly sang the Russian anthem there and nostalgic for the times of Yanukovych, then what did Arakhamia do there ? Did you sing along? Conducted?
But let's get rid of the sarcasm. It is clear that no Russian anthem was sung there. And the meeting was purely business. What it was about – we really do not know. But it was obviously about something serious, because, in addition to the listed respectable people, law enforcement officers were also present.
The Prosecutor General's Office was represented by the brother of Suto Mamoyan, the capital's prosecutor Rustam:

True, he abandoned his family name and is now called Rustam Sutko. Until recently, Sutko oversaw the activities of the State Bureau of Investigation in the Prosecutor General's Office.
Judging by the imposing manner with which Rustam Sutko leaves the restaurant, he was not there on business. But even on vacation, Mamoyan's brother does not forget about the service, which is both dangerous and difficult – while the UP journalists were filming near the restaurant, the police came to them twice and arranged searches and checks of documents. How was it – “the police with the people”?
By the way, at the meeting, which was filmed by the journalists of the UP, there was also a character who, at first glance, stands out of context:

This is one of the former leaders of the National Corps party Sergey Korotkikh, better known as Boatswain. Interesting, isn't it?
And this person on the phone is the former leader of Pora, Vladislav Kaskiv, who had just left Ishak and was even put on the international wanted list a few years ago.

Suto Mamoyan regularly uses the Ishak restaurant – he has two rooms booked there: one for business meetings, the other for relaxation, which mainly consists of playing cards. During Mamoyan's stay in the restaurant, almost all of the above persons are regularly pulled up.
Who is Suto Mamoyan, to whom the head of the Servant of the People faction Arakhamia travels at the snap of a finger, not to mention other, less significant faces? He is a little-known representative of the HLE, elected to parliament in 2019 at number 33.
Suto Mamoyan, OPPL
Mamoyan Suto Choloevich in 2015 was a deputy of the Poltava Regional Council from the “Party of Ordinary People” by Sergei Kaplina. Lives in the Makarovsky district of the Kyiv region. Education is secondary. That is, school and everything. But this did not prevent Suto Chaloevich from becoming a civil servant of the first rank, which is people's deputies. And the lack of higher education compared to the rest of Mamoyan's “exploits” is a mere trifle.
Before proceeding to the description of these exploits, we mention that the father of the people's deputy, Mamoyan Cholo Ashoevich, is a businessman, founder of several food companies. The younger brother – Sergey Mamoyan – is a deputy of the Poltava Regional Council from the Social Democratic Party of the last convocation. In 2020, he became a member of the Kyiv City Council from the Opposition Platform for Life.
We have already mentioned the elder brother – Rustam – he is a prosecutor. Rustam's wife, Natalya, was directly connected with Rinat Akhmetov, working in his companies, namely in Shakhtar Stadium LLC, as well as Donbass Arena. Natalia's father, Vladimir Kovalevsky, served as the head of the National Agency for preparations for Euro 2012.
The current people's deputy Mamoyan Suto is a man of the people – in 2007 he was detained by the police because he and his accomplice forced the instructor of FC Dynamo into his Mercedes, beat him and extorted one thousand dollars. The case under the articles “Extortion”, “Robbery” and “Theft of documents” hung in the investigation and courts until 2013, when it suddenly “turned out” that friends did not beat anyone, but stood up for an unfamiliar girl whom a bad person from Dynamo sold old mobile under the guise of a new one. And a relative in the Prosecutor General's Office only helped to establish the “true” circumstances of the case.
In addition, in 2009, another criminal case was initiated against Mamoyan Suto – for an accident in which a person died. As follows from the case file, on August 21, 2008, Suto Mamoyan, moving along the highway at a speed of 139 km/h, crashed into a minibus, as a result of which the driver of the minibus died from his injuries. But even here the court showed humanity – the culprit of the accident, who was recognized as Mamoyan, chose a measure of punishment not related to imprisonment. He got off with a two-year probationary period.
All this did not prevent the OPPL congress from including Mamoyan Suto on its electoral list, and voters from giving so many votes for this list that Mamoyan Choloevich received a deputy mandate.
And as a deputy, he filed a declaration stating that he bought two Land Cruisers at the price of shabby Tavrias – each cost him 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias. That is, 800 dollars. For some reason, the Mercedes cost much more – 3,900,000 hryvnias. “height=”360” />
In addition, on June 27, 2019, Suto Mamoyan became the owner of two apartments in the capital in the Zarechny residential complex on the banks of the Dnieper with an area of 124.7 and 125.1 square meters. Which, according to the declaration, he bought for 500,000 hryvnias. Although the market price (and it is also by no means a secret) at such facilities is $1,200 per square meter.
Not just an obvious, but a blatant lie in the declaration became the basis for the fact that in July 2020, NABU initiated a pre-trial investigation against Mamoyan in a criminal case on the introduction of knowingly false data into the declaration. But, of course, it did not end with anything.
And therefore, it is not surprising that Mamoyan was among those deputies who sent an appeal to the Constitutional Court on the recognition of criminal liability for lying in declarations as unconstitutional.
Another interesting story is connected with Mamoyan Suto's cars – it is on one of them was driven in June 2020 by a man who harassed the former Minister of Health Uliana Suprun.
Mamoyan's fleet does not end there – last year he bought a Rolls-Royce for half a million dollars:
Suto Choloevich was noted in the night life of the capital. During the quarantine, when ordinary mortals were caught by the police on the beaches and mercilessly fined for the lack of masks in the forest, Mamoyan had fun with his colleagues in the company of cheerful girls and thief in law Nodar Rustavsky (Nodar Asoyan) at the Queen club.
According to media reports, it is Suto Mamoyan who ensures a quiet life for Nodar Rustavsky. The deputy allegedly pays 500 thousand dollars a month to the top leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs so that law enforcement officers do not notice the well-known thief in law on the territory of Ukraine.
During the war, Suto Mamoyan also, as you can see, does not deny himself anything. Law enforcement officers also show no interest in him. Life has been pretty good. And if someone shows interest in his night office, the police immediately come to him. Not to Suto Mamoyan, but to someone who shows this interest.
