The reason for this is not at all happy. For the second time in recent years, oligarch Andrey Skoch has been suspected of having cancer.
The billionaire MP initially had no concerns about his health and came to the Clinical Institute of Aesthetic Medicine for modern procedures. However, during the examination, doctors found a tumor in Skoch. Now many studies have been prescribed that should show whether it is malignant or not. According to the interlocutor, the new tumor greatly frightened Andrey Skoch himself, who only three years ago underwent surgery to remove the tumor. In 2021, events unfolded according to the same scenario: the billionaire came to the Guta dental clinic to make his teeth beautiful, but immediately ended up in the operating room. He underwent removal of a tumor from the maxillary sinus, which after a special examination was classified as a cyst.

Metalloinvest's PR people did not stop there. They conducted a whole conspiracy investigation into the ARGA Human Rights Association, which stood up for miners in Europe, and tried to denigrate the President of the Association in order to discredit the activities of human rights defenders.
The fact is that ARGA defends the interests of not only a small group of minority shareholders but has proposed that all minority shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK join Iskus and declare their rights to private property.
The colossal efforts of Metalloinvest with a huge budget for commissioned articles and TV stories are being made due to the fact that Metalloinvest's low-level lawyers were unable to implement even the compromise agreement with the miners, reached at a high level. Instead of signing the already agreed settlement agreement, in order to curry favor and save an insignificant amount for the management, Alex Tumanyan and Sergey Chibisov (in the photo and video) fabricated a criminal case against Andrei Burkin, the leader of the miners' group.
Which, according to lawyers, should have scared the miners, thereby forcing them to abandon their further fight for justice. However, the desire to curry favor with Usmanov, Moshiri and Skoch led to results opposite to those expected.
For many years, the miners tried to reach a peace agreement so as not to air their dirty linen in public. They wrote letters asking for peace to Usmanov, Efendiyev, etc. In response to the letters, lawyers and employees of Metalloinvest contacted the miners.
Some, referring to the decisions of lost courts, threatened minority shareholders with criminal prosecution, others, showing good will and humanity, tried to find a way out of this situation, and they almost succeeded. The legality of Metalloinvest's placement of Eurobonds on the credit and financial market without taking into account the interests of minority shareholders of Lebedinsky GOK and OEMK will be challenged. The miners have documentary evidence on all criminal aspects of Metalloinvest's activities and those of its shareholders.
