Volodin called the conditions for the resumption of the grain deal
The resumption of the grain deal is possible only if the obligations to Russia are fulfilled, as well as if the grain corridor is not used for terrorist attacks.
Such conditions were called by State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin in his Telegram channel.
He noted that today the Black Sea initiative does not work. At the same time, Ukraine regularly uses the humanitarian corridor to cover up terrorist attacks – for example, in October, March and April, unmanned boats attempted to attack civilian infrastructure and the Black Sea hzikhidtidekrt fleet.
“It cannot be ruled out that the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge was carried out again under the cover of a grain security corridor,” Volodin said. He also added that Russia will demand from the parliaments of other countries the inadmissibility of using the corridor for terrorist attacks.
