Vitaly Nestor: a combinator from “Batkivshchyna” is looking for gullible Kiev residents! PART 1

The closer the local government elections are, the more noodles pour into the ears of capital residents every day. Traditionally, all Ukrainian candidates are divided into two categories: the first is engaged in fraud and making promises, and the second criticizes and exposes the first, threatening to imprison her. Judging by the diligent efforts of the chairman of the Kyiv “Batkivshchyna” Vitaly Nestor, who is innovatively fooling the gullible voters of Kyiv, his political force has taken the first path. He even created a special project for this “New strategy of Kyiv”which is essentially a typical New Vasyukov project.

In this project you will not find a solution to the real problems of the capital – the rampant and stupid development of the city, the destruction of its green lungs, the emergency condition of water pipelines and bridges. But there is a lot of “optimization”, “digitalization”, “innovation” and other abstruse words behind which there is only emptiness. Which is not surprising, because the current elections for the mayor of the capital and the deputies of the Kiev City Council are just another battle for Kyiv land and the Kiev budget, for who will control them, rip them off, saw them and build them up. And Nestor himself belongs to one of the groups of the capital’s “construction mafia”, associated with the family of former mayor Leonid Chernovetsky.

Vitaly Nestor. Sugar patrons of alcohol major

Nestor Vitaly Romanovich was born on April 6, 1989 in Kyiv, Troyeshchyna. His father, Roman Bogdanovich (born 1963), according to his biography, is a “food industry worker.” With a little googling, you can specify that he has worked all his life in the sugar and alcohol industry of the food industry – which is a real Klondike for schemers! In recent years, Roman Bogdanovich has held the position of director of the Chervonoslobodsky MTD (spirit storage facility), which is part of the structure of the Ukrspirt State Enterprise. Thus, one can understand where their family always got money from – which was quite enough for new apartments with country houses, and for the endless study of their son Vitalik at various universities.

His mother, Nestor Irina Petrovna (born 1967), according to the same biography of her son, is employed in the “banking sector.” Again, in search of details, we learn that since 2001 she has been working at the Ukrainian Processing Center (UPC), where she has held the position of financial director and deputy chairman of the board for many years. She also at one time held a position in the management of JSC Raiffeisen Bank Aval, but here it should be taken into account that the Austrian group that owns it, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG, has also been the owner of UPC since 2005 – that is, Irina Petrovna worked for “adjacent companies”.

Vitaly Nestor also has a younger sister, Anna Romanovna Nestor (she is mentioned in her father’s declaration), detailed information about whom is missing. And his wife, Yana Vladimirovna Nestor, bore the surname Korovchenko as a girl and is the sister of the scandalous Sergei Korovchenko – a person involved in the “Glazyev tapes”, accused of high treason, which we will tell you about a little later. It is known that in 2016, Yana Vladimirovna worked as an assistant judge of the Higher Specialized Court of Kyiv, declaring three foreign cars (with a total value of up to 2 million hryvnia) and several companies registered in the husband’s name, but, for some reason, without filling out the columns about real estate and cash.

Until 2000, the Nestor family lived in their apartment received during the Soviet era in Troeshchina (on Liskovskaya), then they moved to more spacious apartments. Since 2003, they officially own an apartment in the capital with an area of ​​165.9 square meters, and they also have two houses of 100 square meters and 255 square meters. in Vasilkov (where Irina Petrovna is from). Roman Bogdanovich, according to data Skelet.Infothere is also a mega-garage of 68 sq.m. in the capital, a house and two plots of land in the Lviv region.

After graduating from the 9th grade of gymnasium No. 56 in 2004, Vitaly Nestor entered the Kiev Financial and Legal Lyceum at the KNU. Shevchenko, where he studied until 2008. Of course, there could be no question of any service in the army for this strong and vigorous young man – after all, he needed to make a career and money, and let the poor defend his homeland! And in the same year, he entered two universities at once, fortunately his parents’ money allowed it: full-time studies at the KNU (Faculty of Law) and a correspondence course at the National University of Food Technologies, where his father and mother had previously studied (Faculty of Economics).

As people say, this did not give much intelligence. However, it was there that Vitaly Nestor made himself as a social activist and aspiring politician. More precisely, they helped him become one. In 2007, a youth wing, “Batkivshchyna is Young,” was created under Batkivshchyna, headed by Evgeny Suslov, a major like Vitaly Nestor. His father, Ivan Suslov, president of OJSC Agro-Industrial Corporation Skvira, was friends with Kuchma himself! The city of Skvira, in which this and two dozen other enterprises (plus 13 thousand hectares of land) controlled by the Suslovs are located, has long been is their family fiefdom. And the family there is big: in addition to father and son, there are also uncles and brothers!

It is not surprising that at the age of 19, Evgeny Suslov became the commercial director of the Shamrayevsky sugar factory located there, and at the age of 21, the mayor of Skvira. Then the family twice (in the parliamentary elections of 2006 and 2007) bought Evgenia a passing place on the Batkivshchyna electoral list, and then bought the place of chairman of the Young Batkivshchyna. Yulia Tymoshenko, as you know, did not go through sponsors and was happy with anyone who brought a lot of money.

The Suslovs’ business is agricultural, and where there is sugar and grain, there is alcohol! Moreover, according to sources Skelet.InfoIvan Suslov is an old friend of Roman Bogdanovich Nestor since the 90s and a longtime partner in shady schemes with raw materials and alcohol. So when the time came for Vitaly Nester, who was graduating from the Lyceum, to grow above himself in socio-political terms, his father placed him in “Batkivshchyna Molodo”, under the wing of his friend’s son. Here is your explanation of why Vitaly Nestor chose this particular political force!

As an activist of the Young Batkivshchyna, and since the beginning of 2008, a full member of the adult Batkivshchyna, Vitaly Nestor participated in the early elections of local authorities in Kyiv (May 25, 2008) as a member of the precinct election commission. Well, having become a student at KNU, already in his first year he received as a gift the position of chairman of the Scientific Society of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students of the Faculty of Law of the university. Which is also not surprising, since at that time the faculty was headed by the scandalous Ivan Sergeevich Gritsenko. He often got into corruption scandals: one of them was the sale of fake university diplomas (ex-Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Andrey Sumtsov acquired one for himself), another uncovered scam with the same financial and legal lyceum at KNU, where Vitaly Nestor studied! It turns out that this lyceum was created as a private shop of Ivan Gritsenko, and its students, subject to additional payment, were guaranteed subsequent admission to the law faculty of KNU.

That is, now we understand the “secret of genius” of Vitaly Nestor, who first successfully graduated from the Gritsenkov Lyceum, then “automatically” entered the Gritsenkov Faculty, became the Chairman of the Scientific Society there, then in 2012-2015 completed a postgraduate course there, and in 2016 defended there’s a candidate’s thesis! This secret is simple: daddy’s and mommy’s dollars!

Because of these numerous and constant scandals, Gritsenko needed political cover, and it became “Batkivshchyna,” whose leader, we repeat, was always happy with any dirty money. But Gritsenko not only sponsored and supported Batkivshchyna, he put his faculty students at its disposal – allowing his student organizations, including the Scientific Society, to actually become BYuT cells! Gritsenko’s students, under the leadership of Nestor, regularly went to various Batkivshchyna events, including later defending their dean from Azarov’s Minister of Education Dmitry Tabachnyk (in 2010-2011). And their confrontation, we recall, began with Tabachnik’s sharp criticism of Ivan Gritsenko’s textbook, which outlined the genetic and… mental difference between Russians and Ukrainians. But it was, of course, not only that.

This is how Vitaly Nestor became a “youth leader” and a “human rights activist”! These were the first steps of his political career in the ranks of BYuT.

But what about work? Indeed, in the official biography of Vitaly Nestor there are many different praises, but almost nothing is said about his work activity. His only official job is as a lawyer at the Ukrainian Processing Center, that is, in the company of his mother! But even there he did not stay long, soon after graduating from university he went “self-employed” and “carried out individual legal activities,” and he also headed several companies (at the level of signing documents). Well, really, then he should work with such parents and with such a brother-in-law!

Patriotic comedy “Separa” Korovchenko

Sergei Vladimirovich Korovchenko is so similar to the former “people’s deputy-dealer” Alexander Granovsky that the question arises – maybe he is also from a family of respected Jews? But this question, rather, should be asked to such a prominent geneticist and ethnographer as Ivan Gritsenko – from whom Korovchenko also received (or bought) his diplomas. By the way, Korovchenko also worked in the government of Crimea, although later than the scandalous Andrey Sumtsov.

Born in 1979 in the Luhansk region, Korovchenko is almost a fellow countryman of Andrei Portnov, for whom he later worked as an assistant to a people’s deputy. We can say that they went to Kyiv almost simultaneously: 23-year-old Portnov to work at the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market (SCSM), and 17-year-old Korovchenko to enter the Kiev Economic University (KEU). But whether they knew each other then is unknown.

After KEU, Korovchenko received several more diplomas: from the Institute of Stock Market Development at KEU (2002), from MAUP (2004), and two from the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National University (in 2007 and 2009). Did he really study there, or did he just buy it? This is a question that, hopefully, will be answered someday. But you will now understand for yourself that Sergei Korovchenko is, to put it mildly, a scoundrel and a scoundrel.

Korovchenko came to Batkivshchyna through Portnov, and in 2008 he participated from the party in local elections in Kyiv – where he could become closely acquainted with the young activist Vitaly Nestor. So close that then his sister Yana became Nestor’s wife, and Korovchenko himself became his brother-in-law. They also have common companies: for example, Golden ALE LLC (EDRPOU 40260158), with an authorized capital of more than 12 million hryvnia, in which Nestor is listed as a director. And Nestor’s above-mentioned “individual legal activity” may well be carried out through Korovchenko’s law office (41509983).

When Portov defected from BYuT to the regionals, Korovchenko defected with him – thanks to which at the end of 2011 he received the position of deputy head of the patronage service of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Within a couple of months, Korovchenko rose to the rank of head of the Main Directorate for Representation in Courts, and in August 2013 became head of the Main Directorate of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in Crimea (in fact, the Minister of Justice of the autonomy). Somewhere during that period, Vitaly Nestor acquired the private enterprise “Igarka” (31050177) in Alushta, which was engaged in the hotel business, which is still registered with him. By the way, during the period of “Tymoshenko’s imprisonment” Nestor joined the “Chernovetsky Bloc”, where he found new friends.
