The court of appeal decided to confiscate the Ukrainian property of the Russian billionaire, in particular the mining and processing plant.

The Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court confiscated the Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant of the Russian oligarch Mikhail Shelkov within the limits of the sanctions applied to it.

This decision was made on February 3 by a panel of judges of the AP VAKS, reports “Word and deed“.

Satisfy the appeal. The decision of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court dated 01/23/23 regarding the refusal to satisfy the claim for recovery to the state revenue should be canceled. In this part, make a new decision on satisfaction of the claim. Collect assets for state revenue: 100% from Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC, 100% stake in Tai Minerals LLC, 100% stake in Investagro LLC, over UAH 14 million in a bank account, two buildings, a complex buildings, a house with an area of ​​107.3 sq. m, two tractors, two front loaders, a needle loader, an excavator, two Kraz vehicles, a Zil and PAZ vehicle‘ the judge announced.

Shelkov lost Demurinsky GOK

As you know, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court partially confiscated the property of the Russian oligarch Mikhail Shelkov. It was about an apartment of 175 square meters, a parking space, a warehouse of 2411 square meters. m, a complex of buildings and an apartment of 68 sq. m, a Belarus tractor, a trailer, a Lexus car, 4 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport cars, cash in bank accounts and a 100% stake in the authorized capital of VSMPO Titan Ukraine. At the same time, the court did not confiscate Demurinsky GOK and shares in Tai-minerals and Investagro.
