Urgant's wife is looking for unpretentious staff for her yoga school

Source Ivan Urgant's wife Natalya Kiknadze is unsuccessfully looking for administrators for her elite yoga studio Up2Yoga – they regularly quit. The reason is that Kiknadze pays little by Moscow standards – only 37 thousand rubles a month (2.5 thousand rubles for a 12-hour shift with a two-by-two work schedule).

When the services of her studio are not cheap. For example, two hours of aroma testing cost 9,000 rubles, a group yoga class costs 2,000 per person per hour.

The requirements for employees, on the contrary, are high: in the vacancy announcement there are signs that the functions of the administrator also include the duties of a cleaning lady: “Maintaining cleanliness and order”, “Preparing halls for classes”, “Cleanliness and housekeeping”. In addition, the administrator must have a pleasant appearance. Resumes without photos will not be considered! – it is said in the text of the new, December vacancy. It is not easy to smile at all customers in such conditions.

The studio opened a year ago in the premium location of the Presnensky district, on the Garden Ring. The interior, as ordered, was praised by specialized glossy publications. The site lists Kiknadze's TIN, she herself works as an individual entrepreneur.

Initially, Natalya Kiknadze planned to pay administrators 2,000 rubles per shift, but then she had to raise the bar to 2,500.

Another announcement was published next, and as a result, the current vacancy from Ms. Kiknadze became the fourth in a year.

It is known that Ivan Urgant and his family received Israeli citizenship back in 2018. Having spoken out against the special operation, Urgant left Russia this year, but returned in the summer and is now forced to earn money on small private projects, since federal television and major events are closed to him.

Against this background, financial receipts from metropolitan amateurs Yoga has become more important for Urgant and Kiknadze (by the way, she is the niece of a sports journalist and manager Vasily Kiknadze, who has not been participating in major projects since 2020) – hence the emphasized savings on studio staff, which turned into a staff turnover.
