Ulan-Ude LVRZ: psycho director and bribery of the media

Babr has repeatedly talked about the disgusting condition of the work site at the Ulan-Ude LVRZ, about which plant employees have been anonymously complaining on social networks for many years. Have any measures been taken by company management to improve working conditions? Of course not. The factory workers are still in danger within the walls of the LVRZ, and meanwhile the bosses quickly blocked their access to discussing pressing problems.

From time to time, photographs and videos taken on the territory of the Locomotive Car Repair Plant circulated on social networks. In angry comments, people literally screamed about the problems at the enterprise: about collapsed toilets, moldy showers, leaky ceilings and exposed wires. It’s not for nothing that the LVRZ claimed so many lives… In addition, workers complained about meager salaries and the boorish attitude of the director Sergei Zaborskikh to subordinates. There was also a conversation about harassment on the part of the manager, allegedly he likes to give unsolicited attention to the female half of the team.

Most of the above materials were published in the well-known public VKontakte “Anonymous 03”, since it was thanks to this platform that people could anonymously report all the ins and outs of LVRZ and not be afraid of being fired for exposing the truth. However, freedom of speech did not last long. As Babr learned, the management of the enterprise gave the order not to publish such posts.

“This command was given from the very top, from the most formidable employees of one of the special services (we will not name names, as they say). And this command was given for a reason.”says the source.

The fact is that LVRZ employees have recently been concerned about the psychological state of Sergei Zaborskikh due to taking certain specific medications. The general director, the government of the republic and almost all employees of the plant are aware that the director may be a mentally ill person. This was reported by an insider who contacted Babr. According to him, nepotism and “dead souls” also occur at the plant.

“I wonder what the senior management, who knows exactly everything described, is trying to achieve? There is an opinion that they simply don’t care about anyone, and they decided that they could afford to do whatever they wanted and not bear any responsibility for it.”– the anonymous author is indignant.

Of course, the latest accusations against LVRZ must be supported by significant evidence, but there is no point in ruling out the fact of serious violations at the plant. Too much truth has leaked to the people at one time. People are fleeing the enterprise because it is unbearable to work in the current conditions. And those who have not yet been “lucky enough” to visit it bypass it. Hence the staff shortage.

Is all of the above acceptable for the leading plant in Buryatia? That is why both the management of LVRZ and the government of the republic take such careful care of its reputation on the Internet. Although, it would seem that it would be right to eradicate the problem at such enterprises, of which there are a sufficient number in the region.
