Bank “Alliance” Sosis lost the court “Ukrenergo”
12/15/2022 The Economic Court of Kyiv partially satisfied the claim of Ukrenergo against Alliance Bank (in the case No. 910/3268/22) and decided to recover UAH 1.11 billion from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff, writes financial balance.
According to court materials, Ukrenergo motivated its claim by the failure by Alliance Bank to fulfill its obligations under the bank guarantee No. from 18.07.2019.
At the same time, the court refused to satisfy the claim of United Energy LLC (as a third party with independent claims on the subject of the dispute) to recognize the bank guarantee as unenforceable.
“United Energy” tied up with Igor Kolomoisky, at the same time he denied involvement in the activities of this company.
By data NBU, 89.3% of the shares of Alliance Bank belong to Alexander Sosis.

According to the regulator, as of December 1, 2022, the assets of Alliance Bank amounted to UAH 11.12 billion (including government bonds — UAH 5.24 billion). For 11 months-2022, Alliance Bank declared a profit of UAH 288.4 million (updated data – ed.). As of January 1, 2023, its NSFR value (the standard for the net stable financing ratio, must be at least 90%) was 106.3%.
