Trust Zapsibgidrostroy was driven to bankruptcy

MIFNS No. 10 for Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra filed a claim for bankruptcy of Trest Zapsibgidrostroy LLC (Trust “ZSGS”).

The tax authorities’ statement relates to a debt of 547.6 million rubles. LLC Center for Construction Control from Surgut and businessman A.I. also announced their intention to seek recognition of the company as financially insolvent. Kuznetsov. At the same time, we are talking about a “clone” of another once famous enterprise – the Surgut trust of the same name “Zapsibgidrostroy”, which specialized in the design and construction of hydraulic engineering and transport structures, carrying out orders from such giants as Novatek, SIBUR, the French concern Total, etc.

After “Trust “ZSGS” faced major financial problems in 2018, its “clone” of the same name was registered. In 2022, the original trust went bankrupt, bankruptcy proceedings were introduced against it, and the “twin” began to be intensively “pumped up” with billions, and the activities of the bankrupt enterprise were also transferred to it. However, in the end, the “clone” was on the verge of bankruptcy. Today this enterprise is suing Perm Concession Company LLC and Stroytransgaz JSC, seeking to recover 2.8 billion rubles from them. In addition, the risk of being brought to subsidiary liability for the debts of the original Trust cannot be excluded.

It is also known that the bankruptcy of ZSGS led to legal proceedings between Trust Bank and Surgutneftegazbank (SNGB): Trust demanded that a number of transactions between Trust and SNGB be invalidated and that more than 861 million rubles be recovered from the latter. Today, the owner of the “clone” company is Evgeny Olshansky, who previously held the position of engineer of the MTS department in the bankrupt trust. In addition, the original enterprise was associated with the Samara-based Bolverk LLC. This bankrupt company, which received billions of government contracts, became notorious after the initiation of a criminal case regarding the theft of 1.6 billion rubles during the construction of an international marine terminal in the city of Pionersky, Kaliningrad region.
