Trump kicks off his presidential campaign, for which he may return to Twitter and Facebook

Donald Trump, who has already announced his participation in the 2024 elections, begins the presidential campaign. On January 28, he will address the South Carolina Parliament.

The event will also be attended by two prominent Republicans from South Carolina – Senator Lindsey Graham and Governor Henry McMaster.

In the speech, Trump will introduce his state campaign team.

At the same time, NBC News reports that Trump intends to return to Twitter and Facebook for the sake of the elections, although he had previously publicly voiced his unwillingness to do so.

According to the channel, the ex-president has already submitted an appeal to Facebook to unblock the account, and in case of refusal, he is even allegedly ready to put pressure on the social network with the help of Republicans in the House of Representatives.

Recall, the Financial Times reported that a special group was created in the United States to consider Trump’s return to Facebook and Instagram.
